Hi, thanks for this informative video. Perhaps you can help me: When entering my invoices they get a sequential automated invoice number and the date is also entered in order. However, when I look at the my invoice in the 'all invoices' section, they are not listed in sequential order for date or invoice number, but are listed randomly. Any idea why that is so and how I can fix this? Thank you.
Hi smovey101, You can sort your invoice list by number or date by clicking on the column header of the data you wish to sort by.

Is it possible to use Zoho books to manage several subsidiaries that use multiple currencies? I try to set up opening balances of a branch with a currency that is different from the base currency. But failed.
Hi dai tina,
I brought this question up with John, head of our finance department, and here is what he said.
"It looks like as long as you have the bank account setup before hand, you can add the opening balance in the base currency it will need to convert it to your default currency for reporting. But, you can continue to spend and receive transactions in the currency of your choice. It will also dynamically convert the transactions based on the date's exchange rate."
