I would like to add, Before anything check the oil. Should be at least half way up the crosshatching before your trip. If not, Add 10w30 oil. Open the middle door and check what hours the last oil change was done. Turn on the unit, press menu button, go down and check 'hourmeters' and make sure 'engine run hours' is less than 3000 more than what's on the oil filter. Select pretrip and let the unit do its work for 15 minutes. If engine doesn't turn over, record the alarms, clear them. Go to menu, go to the bottom. Prime fuel, start. Let that go for 5 minutes and listen for the electric pump on the left side. Try pretrip again. Listen for any squealing or strange sounds. Turn the unit off, listen for airplane noises after the engine is off. Inform your supervisor or maintenance team of any issues. Automated pretrips can only read from its sensors. The operator is an important part of making sure these things last and get people fed.
