Thanks! I did a video called how much does it cost to do an Ironman where I went through all the gear that’d you’d need but yeah I haven’t done everything I own. Might look at doing that though it’d be interesting
Your volume is insane! Have you thought about trying to incorporate more wetsuit swim to bike transitions? I just remember you saying that in one of the episodes as could be contributing to the back pain.

Yeah I spoke with my coach about this recently and we are putting in swim - bike sessions every couple weeks
