My kyc has been changed from confirmed to tentative after I changed my lock up configuration by decreasing it,but completed steps 1-9 already so what do I do now
@@drmaryamdangaru6461 not necessarily because you decrease your lockup. It happens to many people automatically. I believe it’s because additional checks needs to be done. Just hold on till you’re invited for another liveness checks.

I have done my KYC but I have not been migrated to mainet . They say it will be automatic cos I've been placed on cue

use your facebook account and not your phone number. I think the phone numbers are for those in USA and canada

try using another phone and also update your app. You can also try logging out and log in again or update your password to log in again.
