Hey Boogie, would you ever mind doing a "what I eat in a day/week" type video? I'm on the heavy side myself, and have struggled with portion sizes over the past decade. Like you I've tried every diet out there, but would love to get some insight into what you personally eat in a day/week so I can see what works for you. Thanks man, and keep kicking ass!
Hey there, you'll have to keep in mind that because Boogie's stomach is smaller after the surgery, he physically can't eat very much. Portion sizes for regular stomachs are hard to get right. A food scale is a very great way to measure how much you're eating. Check your food packages for the recommended serving size and at least be aware of how many calories are in certain meals. You don't have to track everything just yet, but the MyFitnessPal app is helpful. Good luck!
What I did I lost about 30 lbs in a couple months with a diet and a little excerise but i was 210 idk how heavy you are but anyway. Whole wheat is very good. I'd eat oatmeal with water for breakfast with 5 strawberries. Lunch was tuna sandwich with whole wheat bread and dinner is really whatever i got because I can't really cook. But if you can I'd suggest grilled chicken breast and broccoli. For snacks probably yogurt and whole wheat peanut butter crackers.
FatBoyzAreUs OH AND THE MOST IMPORTANT! DRINK A LOT OF WATER. I only drink water and nothing else. At least 6 to 7 bottles a day. Can drink other things but not a lot of sugar
I disagree, I believe just because someone gets a divorce doesn't mean it wasn't a good marriage. If people have 10 wonderful years while married, and after that they start to drift apart at some point, that doesn't mean they didn't love the first 10 years of that marriage. It's totally possible to have a great marriage and it just not last. Of course that's not most marriages, it's uncommon, but there are marriages like that.

I think the word you were looking for instead of exhilarating is elation. I felt that when I filed for divorce myself because the stress over the years leading up to it came to a close and all the energy my then husband and I spent on trying to not divorce failed. It happens and it's perfectly normal to feel that way. It's neither a happy nor sad feeling; you just feel more energy because all that energy you spent before is free and can now be redirected to the future and what you want to do. It's almost like you feel weightless and be forewarned this feeling is temporary. Thank god you have a support system because it's very rough without one.

I've been in your shoes regarding divorce...sometimes...it is for the best for both parties..and it 's not all a really bad thing....it was an amicable separation as you said. If you think boogie is honest... Oh boy how wrong you can be :) Boogie is an extremely self centered creature that doesn't respond to legitimate criticism so his fans only see the good side of him. But like all humans he is far from perfect as well. And he has kicked allot of dirt into people who considered him to be a good friend and went through allot of hardship to help him out in his time of need, only to get pushed aside and tell lies about them once he feels good again. He buys tortillas / wraps and makes them with rice, refried beans (sometimes grilled chicken), and salsa or hot sauce. You can add veggies or other types of sauce. Quick and simple, filling, and inexpensive. Best of luck to you in 2018!

I was going through a divorce a few years ago. It broke me in ways I never knew I could break. The demons came at night. It really made me feel like life ended. My wife and I actually worked things out after close to a year apart. We now have a 5 year old and life worked out wonderfully. Divorce is a nightmare, but there is life past it!

I think this was a good video to put up, some of us probably started thinking Francis was taking over to help compensate for the emotional roller coaster you were on. Learning of your divorce really bothered me. I didn't see it coming, I really did believe in you as a couple. Your wife was there when things were at their worst and stayed in spite of it. As a married man, seeing this happen to you is terrifying. It left a sinking feeling in my stomach. I was worried about you, almost as much as I did about me. I'm so sorry that it had to happen.

it's hard to go through divorce, and it's hard to change old habits into new ones. change is terrifying especially when one person you cared about the most leaves the picture. I've went through one divorce of a relationship of 6 years and now I'm going through a break up right now from a relationship of 4 years and it has put a huge toll on me.. unfortunately I don't have a very good support system but your videos and videos made from Mark, Defranco, and some others help distract me from my depressed thoughts and allow me to recollect myself once again. it is a hard road but never give up either ♡

I think the word you were looking for instead of exhilarating is elation. I felt that when I filed for divorce myself because the stress over the years leading up to it came to a close and all the energy my then husband and I spent on trying to not divorce failed. It happens and it's perfectly normal to feel that way. It's neither a happy nor sad feeling; you just feel more energy because all that energy you spent before is free and can now be redirected to the future and what you want to do. It's almost like you feel weightless and be forewarned this feeling is temporary. Thank god you have a support system because it's very rough without one.

I haven’t been watching too many videos but lately when Boogie puts out a video I’m locked in. He might be one of the most genuine people I’ve ever listened to.
If you think boogie is honest... Oh boy how wrong you can be :) Boogie is an extremely self centered creature that doesn't respond to legitimate criticism so his fans only see the good side of him. But like all humans he is far from perfect as well. And he has kicked allot of dirt into people who considered him to be a good friend and went through allot of hardship to help him out in his time of need, only to get pushed aside and tell lies about them once he feels good again.

My husband has sort of a go-to meal that is easy and keeps him trim. He buys tortillas / wraps and makes them with rice, refried beans (sometimes grilled chicken), and salsa or hot sauce. You can add veggies or other types of sauce. Quick and simple, filling, and inexpensive.

I was going through a divorce a few years ago. It broke me in ways I never knew I could break. The demons came at night. It really made me feel like life ended.
My wife and I actually worked things out after close to a year apart. We now have a 5 year old and life worked out wonderfully.
Divorce is a nightmare, but there is life past it!

Little behind on things. My last week of the year I kind of disconnect and recharge. Coming back it's still hard to see you talk about the divorce, man such a shocker! I think this was a good video to put up, some of us probably started thinking Francis was taking over to help compensate for the emotional roller coaster you were on. Then again you pointed it out, you've been dealing with this a lot longer. And a lot of us probably didn't noticed until you said something, and started seeing you "in that light".
Man keep up the good work. Sure the surgery is going to force you to be good about things, but mind over matter. Hopefully you find a new doctor that is on a better wavelength with you, and you keep going to have someone keep you in check. Sure everyone around you can be someone you talk to, but you need a professional keeping tabs to make sure there isn't something bad coming to really throw you off the rails!

Learning of your divorce really bothered me. I didn't see it coming, I really did believe in you as a couple. Your wife was there when things were at their worst and stayed in spite of it. it's hard to go through divorce, and it's hard to change old habits into new ones. change is terrifying especially when one person you cared about the most leaves the picture. I've went through one divorce of a relationship of 6 years and now I'm going through a break up right now from a relationship of 4 years and it has put a huge toll on me.. unfortunately I don't have a very good support system but your videos and videos made from Mark, Defranco, and some others help distract me from my depressed thoughts and allow me to recollect myself once again. it is a hard road but never give up either ♡
