Hot Toys has been unsuccessful in converting nanotech into figure form and the age shows. It has been a very debated figure because the gaps are very unsightly. However, they've slightly improved this on the Mark 85.
Just purchased the MK L... there was no way I could pass up on this figure. 😎 I also pre-ordered the MK 85 BD and the non BD version. Both are going to be beautiful. 😎

The mark 7 is still my fave armor though but I'm thinking that will change once I get that battle damaged mark 85 in 2 years.

You should collect some Gundam, start with a high grade and then move your way up to a Perfect Grade. They are great and they are fun to build, you do have to build them your self but when they're done they are so worth the time and money you invested in them, especially the Perfect Grade ones.
OK so contrary to this video saying the bicep battery area is the hardest to do, it turns out it's the thigh for me. I took the panels off and now i can't get them to go back on. Someone please tell me how. There must be some kind of trick to it.

I had to pick between this and the 7, I ended up getting the 7 because I like the more classic look but this looks amazing as well
You chose very well, the 50 has aged horribly while the 7 is still considered the greatest Hot Toys Iron Man to this day.

Iron man figures are never done. Hot Toys will reissue forever. RDJ is the cash cow king for Hot Toys
