I need to plot different curve in one graph. Let's say, I have 5 types of x values, 5 types of similar type y values, and then I need to plot all those 5 curve in one graph. How to input those types of data?
Thank you for your question! 😊 To plot multiple curves in one graph in GraphPad Prism, you can enter your 5 sets of X and Y values in different columns. Each pair of X and Y values will correspond to a separate data set. After entering the data, go to "Graphs" and choose the option for an XY graph, then select all the data sets to plot them on the same graph. Let me know if you need more detailed steps!
Thank you for your question! 😊 To calculate the p-value for a curve in GraphPad Prism, you can perform curve fitting. After entering your data, go to "Analyze" and select "Nonlinear regression (Curve fit)." Prism will fit a curve to your data and provide statistical output, including the p-value, which tests whether the curve significantly fits the data. Let me know if you need more details!
Unfortunately, GraphPad Prism is not free, but it does offer a trial version that you can use for a limited time. If you have any other questions about the program, feel free to ask! 😊
@@StatisticsBio7 Please please help me learn First, I want a paid version of the program to install on my computer Secondly, I want a book or resource through which I can easily learn and master everything in the program The important thing is that you first send me a paid copy of the program because I am from Iraq and cannot participate in the program
@@AhmodSumsung Thank you for your message! 😊 Unfortunately, I cannot provide paid copies of GraphPad Prism, as it's a commercial software. However, you can visit the official GraphPad website to explore pricing options or start with a free trial. For learning, I recommend their official guides and my tutorials on RUclips. There are also many free online resources that can help you master the software. Let me know if you need further assistance!
