thank you for the good video. how to analyze PCA for one variable (trait) of 1000 observation
I need to plot different curve in one graph. Let's say, I have 5 types of x values, 5 types of similar type y values, and then I need to plot all those 5 curve in one graph. How to input those types of data?
Thank you for your question! 😊 To plot multiple curves in one graph in GraphPad Prism, you can enter your 5 sets of X and Y values in different columns. Each pair of X and Y values will correspond to a separate data set. After entering the data, go to "Graphs" and choose the option for an XY graph, then select all the data sets to plot them on the same graph. Let me know if you need more detailed steps!
sir how you have made the graphs in this video

Hi! Thanks for reaching out. You can find my email on the About page of my RUclips channel. Feel free to reach out there, and I’ll be happy to assist you! 😊
You didn’t explain about the how they are significant values to control
I would like to make the graph like this. In my data, I have 3 type intervals: interval 1 consists of 10, 50, and 100. Interval 2: 100, 300, and 500. Interval 3: 500, 700, and 1000. When I created the graph, the value 100 in intervals 1 and 2 could not be separated, or there was no line to separate them between the interval values. It also happens in intervals 2 and 3 on the value 500. I want to create a line like your graph, where a line is separated between 60 and 20 for every category. Do you have the tutorial that I mean?
How can i plot 3 y axis columns?
