Dawn at Stonehenge...those were the days! As an aside..."a product of our time" the interpretation that women were tied in some sort of domestic servitude needs challenging. To be a home maker,hearth tender, the food maker, nurturing and guarding small children in the home is the greatest honour, the most important role in any society. The hand that rocks the cradle rules the world etc... these women weren't working in suburban isolation like their post-war grand daughters. Other cultures still value the work of women and motherhood and girls grow up to know their worth, rather than being taught to resent the daily round that has no worth, no economic price, not even a language to express what it entails. If any of these men are right in their theories then surely the people of this time also valued the feminine worth,or they wouldn't have gone to so much trouble to build these feminine structures, albeit dominated by the big willies😂 another expression of our time maybe 😂
These same old story - mystery and intrigue but no answer! What beguiles me is how they missed the obvious? Stonehenge is a ruin of a magnificent building!
