True.. true.. how we perceive things can be from our inner mental environment.. I witnessed one of my kids open a christmas present, and exclaim in pure joy "A BOX!!" I could see in her eyes how thrilled she was at all of the cool wonderful things that she could create with such a large cardboard box. Her delight diminished when her sister told her that the present was "in" the box... until she was told that she could keep the box, and have fun with it too. So my daughter, she received a double present.. and to most people that I know.. the box was just something to break open, empty, and throw away. Psychological tests have started revealing that our memories are greatly affected by our perceptions. I remember when I painted my house a different color (ie: green and white) as compared to the nasty purple that it used to be. One day I was walking past the house wall, and I swear that I saw the purple stretching out from me. I stopped in shock with a "No! I got rid of that purple.. how did it bleed through the green!!!" When I directed my vision to the wall, I saw green again. I realized that my mind was painting the wall purple from memory, and I thought "Cool!!" Here's a website that talks about this phenomenon: www.theguardian.com/science/neurophilosophy/2011/aug/17/memory-contaminates-perception
150 k subs? Really? This should be in tv! You sir should have your own program if not whole station! Whole canal. I.can't even imagine what would world look like if millions of peoples would watch you and learn of themselves.
Indeed, if stuff like this (and especially his content since 2016) goes on TV society will actually change and wake the fuck up. but that will only happen when media is not corrupted and actual artists and content creators become formally recognized.
Crazy, now is 2022 and I decide to watch older videos of yoy, just because. And here are you talking about this experience of Red being a unique qualia. i was this week just taking about this with my sister with a baby since she showed me something I didnt knew before. That babies dont see in colors in the beginning and they see all blured. I don't know how scientists tested this but interesting to think that even Color is something one need to slowly create.
When I was in middle school, I told my classmates exactly what you said, that I may perceive their red as my blue. And I was wondering that why people have different favorite colors. What if every single human being has the same favorite color in perception, but in reality they are different colors but the perception in human brain is the same in every man and woman :D ,, I hope you understand my poor English
Much of the forces that drive you from the inside come from that unknown area, the subconscious. My question would be.. how do we help the subconscious become more positive?
Leo, I think other people perceive the colors as the same way as me because for example, when I take a photo and change a bit the colors on photoshop, almost all of the time peoples tells me that it's better like that. If they was no perceive the sames colors as me, the changement that I make on the photo would be so aleatory, that almost all of the time they would find it uglier
The first part of what you said, made no sense to me. At first, you said that your hypothesis was also that if a person whom was blind from birth could finally see, that they wouldn't be able to discern a cube and sphere on sight, right? As for me, I don't see how they couldn't know a sphere/cube on sight if they've felt them before with their fingers, we're talking about people who can read a language entirely made of little bumpy dots here. Ok, but then, you go on to say that just an experiment was finally done and "just like I thought" you said that they were able to recognize the shapes and then some, that it was above guessing, and act like you were right all along, they could tell the diff vs. Can't, and yet then go on as if because it's above guessing, that they in fact couldn't decipher the shapes.? Right? In which case you would be right, but how is getting all the questions right and then some(considered above guessing) considered not actually knowing the difference? O.o I'm confused here.... And I feel that if I were blind my whole life and held a cube and a sphere in my hand and were taught the shapes and taught things of similar shape recognition, I don't see how I wouldn't know them when finally actually 'seeing' them for the first time. :)

It's a deep topic. I will be creating an entire video course on that.
