Re. the below question. To achieve this effect, simply set the exposure for the background, then use fill lighting to illuminate the foreground subject. Sometimes getting the right balance is difficult, and, as in this case, can result in the end product looking a bit unnatural. I've got nothing to do with the making of this video, but I'm guessing that's what happened here. Regards. R.
