I don’t judge people for how they lose their excess weight. I only hope it improves their health and wellness.
I prefer they tell the truth, not a bunch of mumbo jumbo that doesn't make sense.

I have purchased a few of her tops and sent one back. Some of her clothes are good and some are not-in my personal opinion.
I saw the change in her body and it happened very quickly. People who take these injections will lie to you and say they are exercising, eating right or "something came over me and it just clicked." No girl, no. She is doing the injections...there is no way you can lose that much weight in that short amount of time without doing some kind of intervention. just wish they would be honest about it. Are they that ashamed? Thanks for the video.

Kelly, as I watched this video I realized I am wearing Kim Gravel jeans, T-shirt, and jacket, lol. I think she's a very genuine person and I find her to be relatable. I take Mounjaro for my diabetes and it has saved my life. I lost 60 lbs and my blood sugars are normal. BUT like most drugs, your body adjusts and I am already having issues with the weight coming back even while still taking it. There's no magic pill.

If she is going to talk about her weight loss...be truthful about it...Kim skirts the issue....beats around the bush and doesn't come out and say what she did...which leads me to believe that she did the injections...that's why we care....because we want to know.

I think David did it the hard way over time. However, his face looks a tiny bit fuller. It’s so hard to keep the weight off. I know because I lost over 40 lbs the hard way!

Even if Kim Gravel is using something to aid her in her weight loss, who really cares?? Is it any wonder why she doesn’t feel the need to share it?? We live in such a judgmental society… if she’s using something, is her weight loss not real? Does it make her less of a person? I mean, who really cares if she did or didn’t? She looks fantastic and is obviously happier and healthier for it. Doesn’t matter how she got there. Let’s just rejoice with her. She’s a beautiful person inside and out❤️
I don’t care how she goes about her weight loss either….especially if it makes one healthier and feel better. She just shouldn’t lie about it. If she wants to lie don’t give a hocus pocus reason. It gives false hope and makes others feel like failures WHEN it doesn’t work. Say what Dr.’s recommend. Decrease I food intake, more protein, exercise….etc. NOW…Did she start on meds?….then after losing 15-20 lbs began to feel better, stopped meds, got a leg up on eating correctly, felt better to exercise, did really good on this new program then the weight kept dropping? THAT I CAN BELIEVE. ….and it’s still ok. Just don’t lie and make other people feel bad.
Then say it . don’t say you just stop thinking about it. Use your celebrity as a platform to help others vs not revealing .
I would rather listen to someone who put the real work in .. sorry not impressed.
Meds. To stop Thinking about it doesn’t stop what contributes to cravings. Remember, Kim is in sales. She can pitch a good story. I never watched her show.
If a large amount of weight is dropped quickly, it's likely Ozempic or something similar. Weight loss for most of us takes time....too much time, tbh.

I can't stand when people think taking ozempic is a magic pill that the weight just falls off. Magically it doesn't You have to change your whole lifestyle of eating You have to stay in between 1200 and 1,500 calories a day. No snacking in between meals. No sweets and no carbs and then you're lucky if you lose 2 lb a week. So if that's not hard work then I don't know what is the shot is not going to make you skinny overnight. You still have to put the work in

I think it is ozempic every celebrity I see and hear is doing it…. even if you tell your mind how to stop over eating habits still that’s hard you need either therapy or something else to get you there! I like Kim Gravel. I first was aware of her when she had a cable (Lifetime?) "reality" TV where she coached high school age beauty pageant contestants. The show seemed to be really fake, but I liked her. So, the first time I saw her on QVC selling her clothing and makeup line, I was a little surprised. I haven't bought anything from her lines that I kept. Speaking of David Venable, yes he lost a lot of weight, but it looks to me like he's gained quite a bit back. His face has gotten fuller, and when he turns to the side, you can see his stomach sticking way out again. I hope he gets that under control before he gains it all back, because he was doing so well.
I have a lot of Kim Gravel clothes, I really enjoy them and receive a lot of compliments each time I wear something. I noticed she has dropped the weight quickly.

I agree. It doesn't matter to me how people lose weight. If they are causing a shortage of the medication intended for treating Diabetic patients, then I do care. If people are lying about taking this medication, they must feel there's a reason to be embarrassed.
If certain drugs aren't safe maybe not a great idea to promote them?

I've lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks cutting out all sugar and processed carbs and tripling protein. It is possible without drugs but depends on where you are starting from and any other hormone issues.
I lost a lot of weight on a doctor supervised diet, and it made me extremely ill. The fiber caused a blockage and I ended up in the hospital. The thing is, when I told them I was constipated, they told me to take more water soluble fiber. That was the worst thing I could have done. I was one day away from having surgery, and the blockage was moving out. Just because they say that it’s “Dr” approved or they’re testing your blood, etc, doesn’t mean it’s the way to go.
I think it's ozempic and just be honest folks if someone asks tell the truth.

I love Kim! She’s lost weight yes, she might be using Mounjaro, Wegovy, Ozempic or several other GLP-1 medications which is great and much more accessible than last year. Good for her! Good for anyone losing weight with one of those drugs. It’s not just about weight it’s about getting healthier and it’s better on your heart and your liver for sure. After my plastic surgery they told me for few days I would be able only eat protein shakes I had sold my condo in 1 hr Had to pack and move in 5 weeks. Lost too much weight. Also had skin cancer only could use 1 hand. Hubby working had to pack and unload all of 36 yrs clothes Still have my suits size 2 si I went down to size 0 But would do my face/neck lift so wonderful😢 6:59
Kim is the only one i watch there's nothing fake about her she tells it like it is. I real like watching her. But where she on with RACHEL I do not watch i can't handle when she sings while selling clothes& also Mary. It drives me crazy. Kim you look great .I would love to know how you lost the weight. I like Kim Gravel on QVC. She is hilarious! I think she has taken weight loss shots and I wish she would talk about it. It just seems odd that so many are losing 35+ lbs. in such a short period of time. I wish I could take them, but my insurance will only pay for those with diabetes. So for now, this route is not my way to lose weight. I’m spending too much on QVC, and need to stop watching so much.

You don't have to pay out of pocket to the insurance companies. You can go to a compound pharmacy which is way less expensive. Just have your doctor write a prescription for ozempic or wygovy etc and send it to a compound pharmacy. So much cheaper!

Why is it frowned upon or criticized if someone used medication to help to lose weight where they struggled unsuccessfully? People take medication for all different conditions, but for some reason needing help with weight is criticized. And no I’ve never taken it, but I don’t judge others who have struggled in that area.
