Kelly, as I watched this video I realized I am wearing Kim Gravel jeans, T-shirt, and jacket, lol. I think she's a very genuine person and I find her to be relatable. I take Mounjaro for my diabetes and it has saved my life. I lost 60 lbs and my blood sugars are normal. BUT like most drugs, your body adjusts and I am already having issues with the weight coming back even while still taking it. There's no magic pill.

I've lost 30 lbs in 6 weeks cutting out all sugar and processed carbs and tripling protein. It is possible without drugs but depends on where you are starting from and any other hormone issues.

The show seemed to be really fake, but I liked her. So, the first time I saw her on QVC selling her clothing and makeup line, I was a little surprised. I haven't bought anything from her lines that I kept. Speaking of David Venable, yes he lost a lot of weight, but it looks to me like he's gained quite a bit back. His face has gotten fuller, and when he turns to the side, you can see his stomach sticking way out again. I hope he gets that under control before he gains it all back, because he was doing so well.

I was on ozempic for 18 months to control my blood sugar and lost 0 pounds. I did not like some of the side effects. My doctor swapped out the ozempic for a blood glucose monitor 2 months ago. I changed my diet, upped my exercise, and in 2 months lost 16 pounds and my blood test results all dropped. For the doubters, this is possible.
It is possible to lose weight and get healthy without drugs. I use an app on my phone to track everything I eat or drink. I started out walking for 15 minutes a day and gradually increased the time and speed as it got easier. I've lost 45 pounds since the day after Christmas 2023.

I lost a lot of weight on a doctor supervised diet, and it made me extremely ill. The fiber caused a blockage and I ended up in the hospital. The thing is, when I told them I was constipated, they told me to take more water soluble fiber. That was the worst thing I could have done. I was one day away from having surgery, and the blockage was moving out. Just because they say that it’s “Dr” approved or they’re testing your blood, etc, doesn’t mean it’s the way to go.

A large a number of folks are suggesting Ozempic was taken. Of course most all of us can't afford that. So I went to a search engine to find out what is the ingredient in Ozempic that does the trick. It is GLP-1. Then I searched for the foods that contain the highest amount of GLP-1. Here they are: avocado, walnuts, macadamia, chia seeds, eggs, legumes (peanuts is a legume) oats, rye, ,berries, apple cider vinegar. So I guess Ozempic can be taken naturally? Don't know. However, don't forget to watch the amount eaten.

It is possible to lose weight quickly. I did last year when I lost 30 lbs between July and the end of September. Why is it frowned upon or criticized if someone used medication to help to lose weight where they struggled unsuccessfully? People take medication for all different conditions, but for some reason needing help with weight is criticized. And no I’ve never taken it, but I don’t judge others who have struggled in that area.

After my plastic surgery they told me for few days I would be able only eat protein shakes I had sold my condo in 1 hr Had to pack and move in 5 weeks. Lost too much weight. Also had skin cancer only could use 1 hand. Hubby working had to pack and unload all of 36 yrs clothes Still have my suits size 2 si I went down to size 0 But would do my face/neck lift so wonderful😢 6:59

I like Kim Gravel on QVC. She is hilarious! I think she has taken weight loss shots and I wish she would talk about it. It just seems odd that so many are losing 35+ lbs. in such a short period of time. I wish I could take them, but my insurance will only pay for those with diabetes. So for now, this route is not my way to lose weight. I’m spending too much on QVC, and need to stop watching so much.
You don't have to pay out of pocket to the insurance companies. You can go to a compound pharmacy which is way less expensive. Just have your doctor write a prescription for ozempic or wygovy etc and send it to a compound pharmacy. So much cheaper!
We all know …. As for the meds --I am not a fan of the meds when I still see people eating cake on it . The only exercise they do is lifting the shot up to inject. - because when you stop the weight returns , you must do weights to get muscle back but the hair doesn’t grow back for months. Kim is a wonderful person. She ate Factor delivery foods and stopped eating fast food. She lost weight through diet. STOP trashing her. She looks great.

I don’t know for sure but it’s suspicious. I hope she is being honest . That is between her and her conscious. There is no shame in getting help if she needs it .

I like Kim Gravel on QVC. She is hilarious! I think she has taken weight loss shots and I wish she would talk about it. It just seems odd that so many are losing 35+ lbs. in such a short period of time. I wish I could take them, but my insurance will only pay for those with diabetes. So for now, this route is not my way to lose weight. I’m spending too much on QVC, and need to stop watching so much.

You don't have to pay out of pocket to the insurance companies. You can go to a compound pharmacy which is way less expensive. Just have your doctor write a prescription for ozempic or wygovy etc and send it to a compound pharmacy. So much cheaper!

We all know …. As for the meds --I am not a fan of the meds when I still see people eating cake on it . The only exercise they do is lifting the shot up to inject.

I think Kim Gravel looks great......I enjoy her personality but I find her clothing line to be too expensive & poor quality......mostly made in China which is very disappointing to me!
