Well you do remember the beginning of the 1st episode when the survivor contestants were mock "attacked by the village men". Do you remember that Rory was the ONLY person in the crowd that wasn't being yelled at or having a spear pointed at his face?

I love your work so much!!!! I hate how CBS doesn't include the intro in every episode anymore. The Survivor intro is a big part of the show. For me, it is very important but now they just throw it away. It's sad. Your work bring me a lot memories back in the good old days.
Thursday Nights at 8 P.M. After 'Previously on Survivor' and Jeff says; Who'll be voted out tonight! It was like bracing for such an energetic minute season intro. It's not the same as it was, that's what made it so exciting when you had that full intro playing.
Update on Part 2: My studies are done so I have a lot more time to work on Part 2. I am hopeful it will be out before Christmas :) I'm nearly at the 4 minute mark. Aiming for around 6 minutes like Part 1. Thanks again for all your patience and support! I'm feeling the love.

Hi everyone. Apologies for the absence. Today for the first time in 9 months I opened the file to get back to work on part 2. I have been travelling, changing careers, and tbh I had creative block to finish Part 2. Trying to make it sound perfect was too overwhelming with the messy 3-4 minutes that I had already created. But good news is I listened to what I had made thus far and became motivated to clean it up and get back on to it. I can't give you a timeline as I don't want to put that pressure on myself and let you all down by not delivering, but I am working on it again. It will include up to Season 42. Once again, thank you for the support! Part 2 will get released at some point!

We could count Phillipines as 2 tho, since Phillipines and Caramoan were filmed in a different place than BvW and Cagayan. And Mvgx-EoE was filmed in a different place than Fiji. Anyways, if we count that we only saw 5 new places since HvV, and only 3 new countrys

AnimeDude892 well I will let you know after it finishes taping. The rules state you can't let anybody know about it until they released the info for it. For example, I believe the fall season is shot or taped I should say between May and July or something like that but in late August or early September when they reveal the cast is when you should be able to let people know because the info has been officially released. I have not been able to apply yet but the official rules are actually available on some website for you to view, but yeah I will let you know when I get on. ;)
Update on Part 2: I have two minutes of Part 2 completed, which is about half way through what I am aiming for. It is sounding a bit messy so there is a lot of back and forth and tweaking. Progress is slow but it's getting there. I'd love it available in time for Season 41 premiere but unsure at this point.

Thanks for making a part 2 in the first place. Take your time, we don’t want something out so quick it sounds bad. It must be difficult to do another mashup. Take your time, that’s all I’m advising. Imagine if you released part two on February 7th. That would be 3.9 years after the original Ancient Voices mashup.
Watching this in 2023 and SO wishing they had the themes at the beginning of episodes again. The feeling in my bones when these play is something I can’t even describe. Absolutely incredible job, and I hope the 90 minute episodes this season brings the theme song back!
What makes this so incredibly amazing is because it is one song that incorporates everthing from each season, like in Palau you hear the drums because of military and in Pearl Islands the beatiful pirate noises. This may be the single greatest thing ive ever heard.
I still listen to this while I go run. Your efforts in putting this and subsequent versions in the future are so much appreciated. I hope you know that. And even if you think it's not perfect, I will listen to it over and over... Because you can't go wrong with the Survivor intro.

I can't believe that this series has been going on for 20 years. The theme is still amazing. I stopped watching it when my brother was like 15. I feel like I need to get back into it. It was really cool to hear a small clip like Amazon/MvGX at 3:10 to see how an older season would sound like in a more modern era. I would love to see each of the older intros (pre-Heroes-Villains mainly) mixed individually with the ones in the new style (S33-37)!
