Yeah that is excellent point how India being a democracy can support Regime like Russia. We most Indians love Russia for things they have done for us as you know (also some Indians are not aware of dark side of Russia). So what I have come to understand that yes we are a democracy and would like to reject Russian politics but you can’t. When as a democracy India was under threat from western democracies who were supporting Pakistani generals and arming Pakistani terrorists they were basically okay with Pakistan using terrorists to kill Indians. All because west had its interest to support Pakistan and was okay to sacrifice Indian democracy. What stop them again changing their mind about India??? IIT ( Indian institute of technology ) is a prominent institute , significance of this institute is that it has generated numerous highly skilled engineers some of them are well known personality like Sundar Pichai ( CEO OF google ) , Narayan Murthy ( founder of one of the largest IT company in the world , Infosys , also father in law UK's Prime minister mr. shunak ) .... it's like a Cambridge , Harvard of India .... and also many millionaire / Billionaire came from IIT

the thing is - I wish people seeked humanity (spirituality) first - that's what's needed - the knowledge that's needed in this world today is spiritual and not academic.
IITs means Indian Institute of Technology these all are prestigious institutions in India ❤ Many powerful engineers and technicians in India are created here 😎 They having major role in DRDO(One of major Defence materials Manufacturing company) and ISRO ( Indian spece Organization) IITs are the most influencel assets of modern India 🚩
This is not true. IITians had zero role in the success of ISRO. ISRO comprised of people like APJ Abdul Kalam and Nambi Narayanan who just had a diploma or were Science graduates. Today ISRO has more than 20K engineers but they are still using the VIKAS engine developed by Nambi. Most IITians in the 60s, 70s and 80s did their graduation and went abroad to make the West rich. Indian science progressed because of ordinary people from lower middle class families who were interested in Science. Please read Wings of Fire by APJ Abdul Kalam to learn more about India’s space journey. Nowadays days the IITians are staying back in India and that is because there are opportunities here. IIT education was subsidised but these students completed their education qnd went abroad. Gaurav is unaware that the contribution of IIT is close to zero. It was institutes like the Indian Institute of Science and Tata Institute of Fundamental Research who have played an important role.
IITs are the Indian Institute of Technology. The alumni of which are CEOs of Microsoft and Google. The X-Ceo of Twitter (Parag Aggrawal) and many more intelligent brain. It's basically India's top engineering Institute. It has the caliber matching with MITs .
11:15 - The way Bharat has always perceived foreign relations is through the lens of equanimity and respect. We respect diversity of opinion and thought. There may be different ways of thinking and governing a state and we are not to question a sovereign state, which is (Not adversarial) to our interests. As a democratic nation we look at how to protect our interests first instead of trying to preach or bomb our democratic values on another country. We understand the situation which led to the communist revolution in Russia (erst. USSR) and respect their choice. If a significant majority of people would want to change the state of affairs in their country, then no power on earth can stop them. (Breaking up of USSR), Civil war in Myanmar against junta. We believe that we are not hegemons of the world, as famously quoted by American president when a reporter inquired about the US support to a dictator while bombing others - It was Roosevelt who made the often-quoted remark about the dictator of Nicaragua, Anastasio Somoza: “Somoza may be a son of a bitch, but he’s our son of a bitch.” We are not hypocrites, we believe in a diverse world, "live and let live." We want to prosper and as long as you are not an adversary you are a friend (We are Vishvamitra (Friend of the globe)), we want to exemplify a state which is intellectually, spiritually, and materially prosperous, hence we do not have to prove anything to anyone. Just like the capitalistic western European countries did not have to promote capitalism to eastern Germany, they themselves wanted change after visiting the developed nation. We will be a Vishva guru (Guru to the world), when we ourselves achieve the gold standard of morals and ethics. We realize that we are not there yet and have no right to criticize other sovereign nations. Hope this helps clear some doubts... :)
We have two well-known educational institutions 1-IIT-Indian institute of technology.2- IIM- Indian institute of management.chief of world bank, Alfabet,IBM, Microsoft, IMF, Starbucks are coming from.
Most of us don't like democracy. Democracy selects popular leaders rather than the most able one. We as a people believe in autocracy where the leader is selected as per the merit. When you give everything to your leader then the leader will lose interest in the material things and will do everything to uplift its people. We want the current party to rule for at least 20 years. They also know that.
Russia India ties flourishes even after being two countries of different political ideologies because first of all India and Indians in general are people with a mindset of "live and let live" so we don't care how Russians rule their country as long as we can do what we what and exercise our sovereignty, and Russia also respects this part of our culture as it does not interfere in our domestic politics unlike US and China. Moreover i live in Uttarakhand and have talked to many Russian tourists and they don't seem to have any problem with Putin they say life is Russia is very similar to any other country. Another thing that helps is india russia are natural allies i.e more often then not we have coinciding interests whether it is in trade or in space sector or in the arctic. Not only that Russia India ties and bonhomie is not only because of 1971 but also because of the help they gave us in the heavy industry sector like energy and steel sector all while helping India in international forums and doing joint research with india when no one else wanted to.... so yeah russo-indian ties are very deep and time tested.
10:45 The answer to that quesion is - India doesn't want to impose its version of democracy or its ideology to other countries. India doesn't poke its nose into the internal matters of other countries. If Russia and China were democratic, of course we would have appreciated them. But if they are not then its their internal issue, we are nobody to impose our thoughts onto them unlike the USA. We're no saviours.
IIT - Indian Institute of Technology. Equal to or greater than MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) Birthplace of all Indian origin CEOs like Microsoft, Google, Adobe, IBM, etc.
Nagaland was an independent by itself, it functions a Republic system in each and every tribe and village. The Britishers when they ruled India only included only 5 to 10% of Nagaland. The rest of the naga people didn't know who Britishers are . Specially the Eastern part of Nagaland . After the Britishers left India, India forcefully included in its union despite of Naga people resist . As a result the war broke out between India and Nagaland which still continue to this days.

IIT means Indian Institute of Technology. Engineers from these institutes, one can find people working globally. Microsoft started recruiting graduates from IITs early Innis life.
We take a nuanced and more pragmatic view of the world, unlike west we do not want to impose our values on another country or society, our relation with Russia is more interest based not value based. The west have their superiority complex, and tends to preach the world that their way is superior and we all must follow. We dont preach Russia. We deal with Putin, and we will deal with whoever comes after. We just know, democracy works best for us so we preserve it, and we don't seek western validation of our democratic credentials, similarly we dont go and meddle into other country's internal matter, unless its spilling into our country.
Indians as a democratic nation supporting Russia isn't confusing if you look at it in a very simple way. Imagine a person with a shotgun living across the street who you went to school with and also is your office colleague. Suppose you have a deadly beef with that person. It doesn't matter if i have something common with my gangster neighbour or not, he'll be my best friend. Should he come and save me from a mess, I'll be indebted to him forever. Common values don't matter when your perceived friend becomes your enemy and a stranger saves you. And btw, Boris johnson was the PM of UK who resigned after failure to manage COVID and gas prices. He resigned just 2-3 years ago.
@10:58 - There is a saying "there is no friend or enemy in geo politics, its all about creating & maintaing assets & favours". Russia is huge with multi culture population unlike majority European countries. So it's not wise for anyone except Russian themself to judge how they want to be. India respect sovereignty of countries on thier policies and administration.
So with Russia, it's a simple strategy in geopolitics explained by Chanakya, your neighbour's neighbour is has to be your friend, because you two have the same everlasting neighbor. That's what makes India aligned with Russia in so many situations. Also Russia's friendship is a historically trusted one, during India Pakistan war, the UK and USA both sided with Pakistan which was a dictator led state then. So it's simple that if it has happened once it can repeat aswell.
Zuzana,Do you know when we got indipendece? In 1947 but unfortunately all india's Congress leaded government was working on behalf of foreign agenda?yes dear, there were almost all decisions which harmed our national interest! Its a part of our black history!we have got true indipendence after Modiji took charge at office in 2014.

11:15 The answer to your question is the abrahamic mindset which want to categorize a person you don't like as evil/devil. Hindu philosophy doesn't have the concept that God or Supreme Being can have an nemesis counterpart equivalent to christian devil. Hindu Philosophy states that God rather 'Bhagwan Just Is'.

JEE ADVANCED is the world's 2nd Hardest exam and every year 1 million+ apirants give the exam where only 10,000 selected.

We Support Russia is Exactly Similar to US & Arab Ties. ( India can't dictate countries to be democratic, sometimes you have to live with actual reality, US tried to make Iraq, Afghanistan & many countries democratic, but what happened is in front of everyone )
I mean the Russian policies have been friendly for india and so does the indian politics... And Putin is not the bad person... And also, we used to have common enemy back in time... And even today also, when we have good relations with USA, USA keeps decent ties with Pakistan to keep india in check and at the same time to keep China in check they become good with india.... So USA's friendship has been situational... Whereas Russian support has always been unconditional...
We can easily be a developed country in next 25 year as we don't believe in materialistic life. More hardwork, stable govt, sincere effort by govt n citizens both, can make things lot easier. We were contributing almost 40% to world GDP in past and least was 25% just 300 years back. So achievable target.
Here Major Arya was just wanted to say that Mr Putin dominates or has command accross Russia just because of almost similar culture and ethnicity while on rhe other hand in india no leader can command in such a manner because of so much diversity in the culture languages ethnicity religions political constitutional rights etc. But PM Modi is exceptional case.
Leadership in BJP has a Vision and every intellectual person in India have felt the impact of India's development in Modi's regime. The speed in which Modi navigated Covid, Climate, Geopoilitics, Economy has been impressive.
Definition of democracy doesn't means poking nose in others business ...yes we are democracy but we don't poke our nose in others matters ....if the Russian don't have problem with putting if they are not standing against him...why would we? And what is the objective.....and ultimately it is a nation first policy so we will do what benefits indian and yes Russia is an old friend but this not the kind of friend ship we often see around our neighborhood

10:50 it is our basic culture, we do not force our ideology on others and can have relations with someone of exactly opposite idelogy. (practical example- different sects of hindus and some of them have exactly opposite views but still there is not conflict, even with other dharmic religions like jainism and buddhism)
Hi, the very pertinent question at @11.04. See, India's worldview is not ideology-based. Our foreign policy is based on realism. This stems from our culture as well, we are very open to having different viewpoints within our families, states etc. Therefore, you will not see, India commenting on other county's internal affairs. What does this mean for practical purposes? We can't dictate or change the way other countries, societies, and communities want to do their affairs. We have nothing to do with how Afghans treat their women, Putin shuns opponents, American kids get gun access, Arabs care about religion etc. What matters to us is our interests and we are very open about it. This is in stark contrast with the Western (Anglo-Saxon, US allies, and MAJORITY of Europe ) worldview (Ik you emphasize on diversity of Europe) where both foreign policy and public opinion are shaped by liberal (neoliberal/pseudo-liberal) values. Why do I call it, pseudo-liberal? Because West shows an incredible level of hypocrisy as far as these values and more importantly narrative building are concerned. It has destroyed and betrayed many countries by creating this public opinion to garner support for their undemocratic actions. More importantly, by creating this narrative, the West can make the public feel that you are on the good side, on high moral ground. You already have seen Dr. Jaishankar getting hounded by the Western press on matters like Democracy in India, freedom of the press, Russian oil, etc. I may not be that articulate but if you want a more academic explanation of this, do read our democratic peace theory vs realism theory. Professor, John J. Mearsheimer from Yale has excellent lectures on these. I am linking a few good videos, don't be taken back by the video titles. 1. John J. Maybe the military budget and expenditure in India is falling because of its growing self reliance in developing indigenous weapons and equipment, whereby they don’t have to spend a lot in buying them.

To answer ur question bout Bharat -russia.....its easy. Russia mind their business, we mind ours. We help each other out when necessary, and keep our respective noses out of each others' business. If russia has problem with putin, russians will take care of it themselves.....same goes for Bharat. Its exactly opposite of "interference"
regarding india being developed by 2047 ....he is counting on Indias demographic dividend [young population] , if we can generate enough jobs for huge population than surely we can get developed otherwise not . north east or Seven Sisters states is a very ethnically diverse region with difficult terrain less population and conflicts of all sorts......its different in many ways but the reason its hard for inner india to mingle with them is because of language barrier and the way they look , not talking about complexion here [also not demeaning in any way ] ....lets just say they don't look like the typical Indians you imagine , so the central Indians and others confuse them with different nationality , but now things are changing . nowadays people and the government have started giving more attention....also Arunachal Pradesh is a disputed area with china .
Don’t know what happened to my previous comment but essentially India is a culturally vibrant, religiously sound, historically ancient, fiercely independent, extremely viable non western democracy of a native majority population which the west is not ok with and constantly wants to change or convert to their ways and religion by interference, hypocrisy and bullying, but Russia is fine with(with major lapses mostly in the 60s and 70’s,non recently)and the feeling is reciprocated. India is still not hostile to the west because in principle( on paper) its democracy is closer to the west than Russian communism. So if Europe and the US stops to constantly interfere and try to change India into a western style democratic vassal state to satisfy their ego and insecurities,India can be an extremely good friend to the west. But old habits die hard.
As for Putin question, we are not obsessed about everyone having similar political system as ours? Currently there is problem only in Manipur, which is deceitfully portrayed by west as Hindu versus Christian. While in reality it is conflict between ethnic groups; only small percentage of one is Hindu. It is ongoing conflict which is impossible to explain on RUclips comment.
Madam we have take 1.45 billion people with 2000 dollar per capita, currently we not interested is lecturing how then run their affairs, now Govt think let get every hand that help us.
We are no one to interfere with internal affairs of others country. If something is working for some country then it be. It is those up to those country people. We from outside cannot understand a country sensibilities.
Indias relationship with Russia should be seen in two sets . one is peoples point of view ... people have a soft corner and love towards Russia which is purely emotional as it comes out of pure gratitude ... reason for it is the whole world cornered us when we were poor n suffering and only USSR came to the rescue . Second is Govt to Govt relationship ... it is purely a interest based relationship ... Though we r democratic we cant go against russia and strain our relationships because that might have a negative impact on our public interest ... ultimately a country should consider its public in terests first or else they might suffer like the european nations who kept the interests of their public aside and funding the war. . That doesnt mean Indian wont go against Russia , infact India voted against Russia in UN when felt necessary but we wont spoil our relationships ... Geopolitics is not a short term game we should think for the future ...
In geopolitical scenario , ideologies doesn't matter as firstly russia is not a bordering nation and thus we see them as strategic allies , that's the stand of our foreign policy. But among people they have very good view of russia because of their past help .

the thing is - I wish people seeked humanity (spirituality) first - that's what's needed - the knowledge that's needed in this world today is spiritual and not academic.

Full form of IIT is Indian institute of technology. Gaurav sir means Education is the biggest weapon in the world. Jay Hind Jay Bharat.
In INDIA people not really care much about what's happening inside Russia. People here mostly focus on government to government relations.
IIT =indian institutes of technology.
Education is our major weapon
IITs means Indian Institute of Technology these all are prestigious institutions in India ❤
Many powerful engineers and technicians in India are created here 😎
They having major role in DRDO(One of major Defence materials Manufacturing company) and ISRO ( Indian spece Organization)
IITs are the most influencel assets of modern India 🚩
Everyone will appreciate whether dictator or not etc help us when we we were in crisis... We always repay our debtness...
Borris Johnson was the PM when the War started... 😀😀😀

IIT is Indian institute of technology
One of the worlds reputated University
Indian institute of technology like MIT
Sunder pichai is IIT graduate from 🇮🇳
Russia India ties flourishes even after being two countries of different political ideologies because first of all India and Indians in general are people with a mindset of "live and let live" so we don't care how Russians rule their country as long as we can do what we what and exercise our sovereignty, and Russia also respects this part of our culture as it does not interfere in our domestic politics unlike US and China.
It is very much possible that India will a superpower till 2047.
10:45
The answer to that quesion is -
India doesn't want to impose its version of democracy or its ideology to other countries. India doesn't poke its nose into the internal matters of other countries. If Russia and China were democratic, of course we would have appreciated them. But if they are not then its their internal issue, we are nobody to impose our thoughts onto them unlike the USA. We're no saviours.
IIT..means, Indian Institution of Technology which is a top most educational institution.

Sorry to correct you but Borris was the PM of UK till 2022. It’s just been a year since he’s out of office.
boris johnson was the pm and did visit Ukraine when the war broke out
We take a nuanced and more pragmatic view of the world, unlike west we do not want to impose our values on another country or society, our relation with Russia is more interest based not value based.
Exactly! Us supporting russia is not just a sentiment. Its Dharma

Hello buddies, dudes, bros and my dear friends, just always be happy bcos life is too short 😂😅😊😊😊 and one day you all will be successful 😅😊😊

Time has changed from 2014 and we hope good days and excellent progress in next 10 years.
True brother 😊❤
Because we don't interfere in internal matters of any nation. And we don't dictate anything to anyone.

Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) has recently released a data (2023) about military budget of countries , according to data India is fourth largest military expenditure country followed by US , China , Russia .... according to data NATO member countries ' spending totalled 55% (in which US has 2/3 share) of the world’s expenditure. ... where as Russia has increased it's budget 24% from previous one and Ukraine increased it's budget 51% from previous one plus 35 billion USD aid ...... total defense budget of world has increased 7% to $2.4 trillion .... where India has increased 4% ...... this increase in defense budget shows the decline in global peace and security

IIT's are the premiere institutes in India which has produced top CEO's of the major big companies around the world.
IIT Indian institute for technology.
Borris jhonson was the previous pm of the UK before rishi sunak. There was a lady who became pm between them but not more than a month if i am not wrong.( Not Teresa May. Borris became pm after Theresa May)All 3 of them belong to the same political party. There was a peace deal about to happen during the Borris Johnson era between Russia and Ukraine( a couple of years ago before the war started).
IT 👉 information technology 🙄 & the biggest the topmost educational institution of Bharat is IIT 👉 Indian (bhartiya) institute of technology
8:03 IIT ( Indian Institute of Technology) where our nations best engineer , scientist, startups and many more talents comes out from here and its very tough to get admission in IIT because the aspirants who wanted to get admission have to clear an Entrance exam called JEE(JOIN ENTRANCE EXAM). The JEE also have 2 exams, first JEE MAINS and Second JEE ADVANCED. After the clearance of both the exams the aspirants got admission in IITS. JEE ADVANCED is the world's 2nd Hardest exam and every year 1 million+ apirants give the exam where only 10,000 selected.
IIT is in top 50 global institutions around the world. Essentially what Maj. gaurav Arya is saying is education is our best weapon while pakistanis are talking about actual weapons while not focusing on innovation which comes on the basis of education

well, a lot of devlopment taking place in ne. recently a new tunnel sela was inaugrated. also many hydroprojects are being made.recemtly a 4-5 billion dollar project was given nod in arunachal.you have project like imphal moreh line, trans arunachal highway and thousand of km of roads made by bro(border road organisation). mobile towers are being set up in villages. so yes northeast in 5th gear like whole india
IIT Is premium Indian university for engineering.

The 7 Sisters of India needs more attention and development!
Borris jonhson was prime minister in intial stage of Russia Ukraine war .
We can easily be a developed country in next 25 year as we don't believe in materialistic life. More hardwork, stable govt, sincere effort by govt n citizens both, can make things lot easier. We were contributing almost 40% to world GDP in past and least was 25% just 300 years back. So achievable target.
There are 25 Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT) in different parts of the country. Its number increases every year.
When Russia start military operation in Ukraine, B. Johnson still the PM of UK.

And what is the objective.....and ultimately it is a nation first policy so we will do what benefits indian and yes Russia is an old friend but this not the kind of friend ship we often see around our neighborhood
they do and end up in jail. Just to be clear I'm here to understand how people think as in my head it does not add up - it's not an attack.
@@zuzanareacts Because every thing like life has grey zones..u can't be on high horse and preach morality to everyone when everyone has different circumstances and scales of issues while taking that decision.
We didn't criticized west either for invadding Vietnam, iraq, libiya, Serbia, Falkland.
We understand these situ6r complex and we have no moral ground to lecture anyone.
If tomorrow Mexico decides to go in military alliance with Russia.. America without doubts would do the same..west has history of toppling regimes around the world accordance with their geopolitical interest.
There is no morality or righteousness in geopolitics.. world is a wild place..its all about maintaining order and credible deterrence.

it is our basic culture, we do not force our ideology on others and can have relations with someone of exactly opposite idelogy.

Maybe the military budget and expenditure in India is falling because of its growing self reliance in developing indigenous weapons and equipment, whereby they don’t have to spend a lot in buying them.
IIT stand for indian institute of technology. institute mainly for engineers and science student IITs are top institute of india very tough to clear their entrance exam only around 1-2% of people get a chance to study there out of around 200000 student every year IIT is like indian version of MIT. All the CEOs satyam nadela, sundar pichai CEO of google, microsoft ,adobe, and any more are graduated from IIT.
Reference North East (NE) : Internal viewpoint : Whether there are sizeable population or not, we need to make civic amenities available to them within 3 hours. There fore raods are necessary.
External viewpoint : Because NE was left like that, the chinese funded militia in neighbouring Burma. They come in and go out of India at will. This Burmese territories are the biggest hub of opium, heroine and maybe cocaine. Excellent quality hashish is grown there. The profits are also taken by the chinese. Any gun of any make is available there inside Indian territory.

There are many cinemas pictured with russian artists and language. So they look related.
We are no one to interfere with internal affairs of others country. If something is working for some country then it be. It is those up to those country people. We from outside cannot understand a country sensibilities.
Indias relationship with Russia should be seen in two sets
.
one is peoples point of view ... people have a soft corner and love towards Russia which is purely emotional as it comes out of pure gratitude ... reason for it is the whole world cornered us when we were poor n suffering and only USSR came to the rescue
.
You wanted to counter major with worng facts😂.
Russia invaded ukraine in February and boris resigned in September 2022.
Zuzana I'll recommend you to google stuffs that you don't know and have doubt don't worry about passing the video 👌that's what most RUclipsrs does
In geopolitical scenario , ideologies doesn't matter as firstly russia is not a bordering nation and thus we see them as strategic allies , that's the stand of our foreign policy. But among people they have very good view of russia because of their past help .
