Female kettlebeller here. Hopefully this is helpful for all the ladies out there: really enjoyed this workout. I used a 15lb and 20lb kettlebell and by the end I was struggling to finish the last few reps so it was perfect. Probably couldve gone a little heavier on swings and squat type movements (25lb) and I did elevated push ups. Looking forward to trying out day 2!
My arms are trembling from this burner. Honestly, seeing you struggle got me thinking that you might enjoy the pain 🤣. Keep'em coming Mark! Glad to have found your channel 💪
I just found you and love your workouts! I’ve done 3 so far. I’m 52 and use 40 and 45 pound kettlebells and though at times I've felt like throwing up, I LOVE THE PAIN 😂 and i didn't die, LOL! so thankful I found you!
wow, I used two 24kg kettlebells for the goblet squats. I did take your advice and didn't go too wide for my legs and I found I was able to get deeper or sure. I also used a 28kg for swings, and rows and I used a 35lb kettlebell for bicep curls. To ensure that I did the Russian twist properly, I used a 25lb kettlebell. I really appreciated this workout Mike :D
I’m off work now until Jan. Not much to do. This popped up. Not watched it yet but the first word “help” has got me running to get into my gear. You know this is going to be a good one.. see you on the other side 😂😂
Great workout. Your struggle kept me motivated, I stuck it out. That comment on bending your elbows for the overhead/american swing was gold, completely changed the movement for me. Also helpful was the comment on the staggered stance with bicep curls -- it's hard to see your legs/feet in that frame, so i hadn't noticed. Great motivation for me to get heavier bells, for sure. I only weigh a little more than your first one, that was some superhuman effort on your part! Thanks again for this video.
That was a good short and sweet burner session! Used 2x 16kg for the heavy goblet squats…ooooohhhhh my legs shaking big time but managed to squeeze 9 reps each round. Thanks for the holiday special edition! 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
I'm new to kettlebell exercises. I thought I was going to die 😅, but I pushed through. Modified where I needed to. Used 11kg for biceps and squats. Will continue to use your videos, especially since on Xmas vacay. Definitely feel the burn; great workout.
Used a 32kg bell for most of this. I don’t think I’ll ever own a 56kg bell 😂. I prefer to do pull ups for the skull crusher portion as they tend to hurt my elbows. Thanks for another one! 🔥
I am a beginner and can't keep up with the pace and end up taking more rest in between sets. Can you please advice on what is the right way to take rest between sets for a beginner?
Always go at your own pace you can cut out early or start late. Additionally you can lower your bell weight or even do body weight without a bell based on the movement.
Psycho Mike used a 24Kg on the goblet squats that's the heaviest I have. The rest was done with a 14kg&20kg. Doing all your 5 days before 🎄⛄🧑🎄 then will do your year end suicidal workout u posted on 🆕 year's Eve.
Definitely a scorcher❤️🔥💪
Dude you’re a beast with that 56kg bell.
Great workout !
Just getting back into things. Great kickstart.

Killer little burner, Mike. I need a bigger bell than the 50 pounder that I have for squats.
