I really like that workout. I even bought an adjustable dumbbell, at first, just so that I can do your workouts. Went to do a deadlift with it and the handle broke off. There I was standing with a handle in my hands and the weights on the floor. Don't buy one LOL Got regular fixed dumbbells, like what you use so I don't have to worry about that. Really loved your workout. Hope you come out with more like this 👍

@@dannyholt2986 Ok, first things first. I would browse my channel for tons of KILLER Workouts. And 2, I would ease up on the 30 min of cross trainer [cardio]. These workouts will give you best of both worlds. Strength training with a cardio response. Long bouts of steady state cardio has shown to actually burn muscle mass over body fat. Hit up some of my different workouts 4-5 days a week and cut the cross trainer out for the next 2 weeks and see what happens. And of course, don't "reward" yourself with extra calories because of a tough workout

I cut out the 30 minute cross trainer and currently have this routine: Monday- your 30 minute kettlebell cardio workout Tuesday- the video above Wednesday- your Fat torching 50 minute workout Thursday- your leg day 50 minute workout Friday- I pick a different video from your feed and try a new one every Friday. I have noticed a change over the past few weeks and hopefully this will continue! Thanks for your advice
Loved it, the surprising thing about this structure was how much my heart rate spiked to 150-160 after the 2x EMOM not the thruster rotations but the sit to press/ Russian twists ? blood didn’t know where to go core, legs or shoulders ,
Day one for me 12kg bell for the most apart from the sit ups with overhead press 8kg , my shoulders were screaming by the end of workout. Looking forward to choosing another one tomorrow. Fantastic workouts 🔥🤸
Definitely. I program all of my workouts to do two things. 1. Develop strength to build lean muscle. 2. Give the body a cardiovascular response Therefore basically delivering two things at once. You need strength training to build muscle and you need cardio to burn excess calories. My workouts deliver the best of both worlds. If you’re interested in calorie burn specifically, might I recommend a tracking device such as an iWatch, FitBit, Polar Strap.

Well everyone is different but I would honestly say between 200-400 kcals in 30 minutes.
