I have never ran 110 volt on this. Always have given it 220. Run it on the road off of my engine drive welders and never kicked the over temp. Better gun is a big plus
The 5 pin? If you are talking about the connector for the spool gun then no. The mig gun is only a 2 wire. If you are looking for the spool gun, the Klutch spool guns from Northern Tool plug right into the Titanium welders

They come with spade 2 wire, I cut my plug off of the factory, lead and wired brown to brown and blue to white. I’m using same gun
