Bottling the black Kalamata olives

Our black olives are ready to bottle at last. A good result with only a few too soft to keep, a tad salty be we quite like them that way. We didnt add herbs, garlic or chilli as we like them plain but this would be a good time to do it if that's your preference.

As chief taster I can confirm the first batch of the green ones were in fact very nice. They had the perfect amount of saltiness and a nice crunch.
