I read the nutrition labels on products when I shop; but sometimes I buy a product because it's on sale and I want to try it or it's something I really like...everything in moderation. Most of the time, I like to cook my meals so that I can control the ingredients I put into them.
This is a good approach! This channel is difficult to watch sometimes because it feels like chastising.

lol I am doing hard 75 challenge right now so no cheat meals for 75 days 🤣
Normally I eat 80% healthy and 20% cheat meals~
Also I look more at ingredients than nutrition facts. I don’t mind gaining weight or eating high calories. It’s the food additives that are bad. Also lower the intake of added sugar can delay the onset of dementia (which I carry the genes of). So I am very mindful of how much sugar I eat. Cuz I carry early onset of type 2 diabetes genes and late onset of dementia. I did a genetic test and it helped me to make good lifestyle choices!
Another amazing post! Love that you concentrate on the healthier options. I don't have a membership, would love to get one but I need a bigger freezer and it would be difficult to avoid the great chocolate, nuts, bakery and other sweet items that fill the isles, lol... For the RX bars they are a steal for 14 bars? in a box for $9.99. They run that much for five in the regular stores and blueberry is my fav. The palm oil in the choc JoJo's is super minimal -- never tried those but they look really good! Never heard of Solo bread -it's a steal for two loaves!
