After sweep, do a fierce yoga flame. It lands meaty and leaves you +12 I believe. I cannot remember how plus it is off my head, but it's definitely +10 or higher.
Manon's stand medium punch I swear is a lot like Laura's early stand MK where if you space it max range you can abuse the hell out of it and it's just one of those frame data moves that lie.
