Way too fast on those back roads! Even if there are bicycle paths, there are tractors and cows! Nice Autobahn.
...if there is a farm-area with lifestock on the road there will be roaf signs for it, and tractors and so on no problem, if bicycles allowed to go down on the regular road again road signs, these are no back roads, these are "Landstrassen" speedlimit is from 80 KmH to sometimes 120 KmH. Mostly 100 KmH. "Landstrassen" are the regular way to made it from village to village or city to city. For a german driver totally normal. If this is too much for you try out the traffic in Italy or France...you will like it.

langsam. 262 bei 6500 Umdrehungen knapp am roten Bereich..Das sind echte 250 und auf dauer nicht fahrbar da sonst den Motor ruinierst. Deshalb roter Bereich. Solche Endgeschwindigkeiten kannst in die Tonne treten. Real max 200 Dauer Reisetempo.
Auf Autobahnen brauchst richtige v8 Monster mit mind. 5l Hub u. Sauger. E500 5.0 v8 dreht auch bei 260 knappe 3800 Umdrehungen von den verfügbaren 6500.
Und der Sound von nem e500 ist richtig männlich. Der hier hört sich nach nem notbeatmeten 2.0 4 Zylinder. Laut aber nicht so schön tief röchelnd. e63 v8 hat den besten Sound.
@Borillka Géza 262kmh - 6500rpm in 6th gear, then you have the 7th gear for autobahn cruising (typically with 1:1 gear ratio), with a significant drop in revs, probably below 5500.
