Hmm, that dive case would be a great "heat collector" in an already HOT running camera body. No? Any idea or tests on how long the camera will run before the camera overheats with the case on? Gratefully.
isnt the bullet cord more dangerous even when you use the cord locked on your wrist. as soon you slow down the lens will touch you which can scratch the lens

One question - is there any accessory which can help us mount X3 with extended selfie stick ahead of us while walking / trekking (like the one in cycle mount). I am not fully convinced with backpack mount as i still want to bring my face into the recording and also want to keep my hands free. Not sure if i can use any chest mount or hand mount bundle of X3 alognwith selfie stick...will that work or anything you can suggest please.

As a soon-to-be new 360 X3 user, I love all your products but I always look to save money in buying non-brand accessories and in your case, all your similar ones are more expensive than the name brand… I am sure they are all great, reliable products but I don’t want to pay more for them. Warranty is always an issue when you buy aftermarket products thus why people take risks buying them. Again, nice products but speaking from a Canadian perspective, they are too expensive.

I am considering purchasing an x3 for construction videos and like the idea of the additional protection of the utility frame. Would I be better off with a usb-3.5 dongle vs the mic adapter? I find it too heavy if you plan to use it fully extended all the time. I prefer just changing the batteries and keep the set up light weight and waterproof.
I just see my X3 as a toy, so I do not want to spend another 113 Euros on the three metre stick. However there are many thirs party sticks with the same length and they sometimes only cost less than 30 Euros. I wonder how good those really are. Will they break easily? They are sometimes also made of carbon. So they should be sturdy in theory. 30 Euros seems like a more normal price for such a stick, but I could not find any reviews yet.
Great gear! I'm having issues with the Sandisk Extreme 128Gb card that worked great in my One X, it does not work in my One X2 even when formatted in the camera. When filming, the camera stops at random times and the footage is unusable, cannot even be copied to my computer as if the card has bad sectors (which it doesn't have). Original Insta360 32Gb card that came with my X2 does not give me any problems. I do want a bigger card but not sure which one to get.
That’s very strange. Not sure why the card could work in one camera and not the other 🤔. I have several sandisk extreme cards and they all work perfectly. Try test the card in other cameras and see if it works well?
Best 360 Pro self stick has design flaw and come apart at end. Nearly lost my camera. Up until that point I loved it but now I cannot use it as I don’t trust it.

Hi Glenn, no it cannot carry a laptop. There are side pockets to hold the selfie sticks. Or you can use the side pockets to hold tripod legs or any other long accessory

You need the insta360 one. It’s the only one that works
Just a tip, you dont need to raise your voice after every time you stop for a bit. It makes you much easier to listen to.

i wouldn't use the divecase on land, it's best used underwater. you can use the sticky lens guards or metal cage instead

It can work but it’s not recommended by insta360. Because the camera is heavy it bend the stick more

It’s more convenient to have the fast charger but you can always swap the batteries in the x3 when they are finished charging 👍🏽

Yes it's correct. You need a 360 viewer to turn the flat files into a 360 image.

Just like we can use rode wireless go mic. I have Dji mic how can I use it flawlessly without disturbing my footage
There’s no good invisible solution for the dji mic yet. I hope this is developed in the near future 👍🏽
