Hello Kripal, thanks for this lovely vlog. I am from Mumbai but my husband was born in Alleppey and raised in Hyderabad. As kids, he and his sister would visit their maternal uncle's house every summer and enjoy walks to the Wembanad lake. Back then none of these resorts or constructions existed and it was virgin territory full of coconut & areca nut trees and thatched houses. The memories of his time in Alleppey will be cherished forever :-) The Nehru trophy boat race is held on that lake every year. Happy Birthday to Sri! Kripal Sir, We loved the vlog especially the serene beauty of that place. Hope we get to see more vlogs along with sree ma'am. I just want to share a small piece of information. There are mainly four Vedas namely Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva. There are 4 upaveda or subset namely Ayurveda (life Science and medicine), Dhanurveda( Science about weapons), Arthashastra( economics) and Gandarva veda ( arts/music/dance /drama). Ayurveda is just a subset. Lord Dhanvantri incarnates during Treta Yuga because that's when diseases and illness began to dwell in a human life and Ayurveda came into existence.
I loved hearing about this place and the menu. I loved it enough that I think that I would go there. Would love to hear more about such ayurvedic places or other such spas AND the foods there.... Please do more! Great to see the love between husband and wife. So sweet and thoughtful. Happy Birthday..
