The car that was in the frame that was on the lines may have needed the extra room for a mobility aid or something. The real a**hole is the car next to it that is literally parked on the ramp for wheelchair users to get to the sidewalk, and it isn't even a space at all!!! I am disabled and use a wheelchair. Things like that make me really unhappy :( BUT!!! YOUR BIRTHDAY MAKES ME HAPPY!!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU !!!!!!
