One thing I've gotta say about seeing Jarno compete in iracing is that seeing his talent shine through even on a whole different game, WRC inclusive of that, Is so cool to watch cause even though there are some people way faster due to time, he can come on and be there or thereabouts... Seeing an ex-real life driver is always something cool
Driving is a skill, and you don’t lose skill going to another “game” (yes i know iracing is a sim). The only thing really is adjusting to the different physics and after a few laps you’re good to go
As a real life driver I know feel and just feeling one with the car is important. F1 22 for whatever reason had none of that but iracing does. So I have no doubts your talent will shine through more on this game as it did on f1 2020 and 2021 where you could actually feel connected to the car.
The main reason is those E-sport pilots can only race in ‘Super Mario’ mode. Here he has to drive in cockpit view mode which is another ball game if course!
If you get slow downs in iracing here is a tip, brake marginally earlier in the braking zone instead of giving it on the straight and you wont loose nearly as much time.
Why do all virtual copies of Mercedes’ formula one cars past 2020 have the 2014 - don’t quote me on that - to 2020 steering wheel? They changed it to be more… octogonal? During 2021 and onwards

Sad thing about f1, everyone wants to drive f1, but f2 has much better, closer racing and competition both for the viewer and the drivers... wish there was more focus on f2 competition in f1 2022
This Video is the prove how realistic IRacing is compared to F1 2022. F1 games are more and more going unrealistic. The proof that he is talenet is that he is performing good in IRacing. For me F1 E-Sport is not relevant when it comes to real live Racing.

It really is one of the, if not THE worst sector out of any track in the entire world, uphill slow corners and hairpins and they are all off camber, really don't know what Tilke had in mind by doing that. And it's not like he doesn't know how to design tracks, there's a track in Germany designed by Tilke, that Coyote Racing made a video about, really great track, then there's COTA, Sepang, Instanbul Park, Bahrain, BUT then you got his work on Fuji, absolutely butchered the last sector, the rest is fine tho
