    Let's be honest. Sal should be more careful because it's very congested in NYC. Everyone won't see everything all the time.

    That was a case of riding too fast to react in the case of danger rider error and common sense. Sal will definitely feel the pain the next day when the pain kicks in. Get well soon,Sal 🙏 💯✌🏾

    The bike is not worth a human life. We gotta be careful riding fast especially here in NYC, a lot of these drivers are either incompetent or envious. Speedy recovery for the homie. 🙏🏾✊🏾

      My fellow E-Biker friends in NYC!
      Make sure you guys are living in restriction hungry state where law maker zombies are always are sniffing around to find something ban at first place , like where I live, California.
      You guys will loose the power and speed of the bike very soon….. And ppl already are hostile to E-bikers.( A lot to do with teens.)
      For all of E-bikers furniture, Please be stealthy when you guys want to enjoy fun part of riding high power E-bikes.
      Let’s not become Europe or Asia.

    I'm glad Sal is okay and alive because he be riding reckless at times. But you right about riding here in NYC cause people in cars could care less about us period. A woman hit me this year on January 30th, in the Bronx, while I was riding my Spark CycleWorks Bandit and I just came home from the hospital/rehabilitation center 2 weeks ago. Thank God I'm alive but my body, mind and spirit is still recovering. The Bandit is twisted up, useless to me and I'm so happy I had on my helmet and riding gear the night of my accident.

    Not for nothing. There has been plenty of times where cars see you. But speed up to cut you off forcing you to brake hard

  • @pascalj4331
    @pascalj4331 Год назад

    Passing someone on right at intersection, pass at 5kmh speed difference. No signal is no guarantee of no right hook. Slow pass lets you turn with them to avoid fall/hurt.

    Yeah...too riskay! Too much speed, bobbin' and weaving, dogin' cars, bigger than the bike, no bueno. Glad he survived that to live the tale.

    I love riding in NYC just because all the sites but definitely dangerous even on foot. I saw where that old lady got ran over by the bus up there, OMG that was disgusting and a wake up on just how fragile the human body is. Not to mention my man looked like he was feeling no pain. Anyway yeah you guys gotta be extra careful

    To barrow a motorcycle term …. Don’t be a squid ( usually referring to new riders / people who ride aggressively and do dumb shit on two wheels), probably a good idea to get those mesh radios (I’m sure they call it something else but you get what I mean)that goes inside your helmet that bikers have so you have coms while riding in a group for easy communication. At least his ego is more hurt than he is… I’d still go check for a concussion tho…. And that road rash …whew that looked nasty… that’s …it if I do get one of these types of e-bikes I’m wearing a jacket too … fuck how it looks 😂

    Glad to hear Sal is alright. Watching him bob and weave aggressively in the last video was really stressful to watch because his safety was reliant on NYC drivers being logical and normal. For all of us that ride here know that everyone on the road, including us, are neither logical or normal😅. Is he taking some time off to recover?

    My first day on my STOCK x class I was flying at stock max speed of 35 mph thru an intersection and someone pulled out in front of me to turn and slowed down I slammed on my back break( because growing up on regular bikes u never hit the front cause you’d flip over) and I fishtailed and hit my leg on the back bumper of the car and just bounced off of it. I wasn’t hurt no damage to car or bike but I learned very early on how to ride I looked up yt vids and watched the right techniques and everything.

      Progressive breaking works on bicycles. Riding these things, you guys should watch motorcycle training videos aswell. Motorcycles generally break slower then cars, less grip.

    You're a true friend, JB. He was acting like he had a concussion. Let's be honest. That wasn't lane splitting. That was bobbing and weaving, like your friend said. It was dancing in the street. If you choose to take a risk like that, don't blame the drivers. Making the choice to ride like that disrespects all the time he put into that bike build... All his customers who can't get their rides because he can't work as fast with an arm in a sling... And his relationship with his family who could have been going to his funeral. You're a dad now. Why would you mess around like that?
