Thanks! I would probably suggest the Surron . So many upgrade options for 72V and it's at the top in terms of build quality.

You can but only really with pedals unfortunately...you may get lucky sometimes depending on who's checking but overall they will say something...I ended up getting pegals for my bomber and they are awesome for ferry situations.

Depending on what state you're in as long as you're not wreckless like speeding on the bike path or wheeling in front of cops they really don't bother you. They even have a pedal kit for the XXX that you can add in case ppl give you trouble.
