Nidya, que rico se ve ese arroz con bacalao, bueno te dire asi es como mi mama lo hacia, le quedaba delicioso, pero yo tengo una receta que me dio mi comadre brasileña, ella hace el arroz con bacalao, pero lo unico que le agregan es papas en cuadritos, y esto se le pone cuando se va a agregarle el arroz, o sea las papas ya estan suaves, le agregan aceitunas, y cilantro, ese plato queda delicioso, ella me enseño hacerlo asi hacen 27 años, y lo hago de vez en cuando en tiempo de cuaresma, aunque solo es una comida especial, pues somos dos personas , esta receta la voy hacer mañana, ya que tengo una amiga que viene a cenar con nosotros, a parte hago una ensalada de tomates cortado en cuadritos, apio, cebolla morada cortada bien fina, cilantro garbanzo, aceite oliva y vinagre, esto queda delicioso.

HI.. yes there are some recipes of Pastel Borracho that require 12 eggs.. but there are variations of the same recipe with less eggs.. what matters is that your husband likes it.. take care.. Nydia

By the way probably by now you had found and tasted Dobos Torte the emblematic Hungarian dessert cake which was named after a baker last name “Dobos “ which as well in Hungarian language means “square box “ as the cake shape.
