"When it happens, it's magic. If it doesn't happen, it's tragic."
So poetic, coming from Johann. 🤝🏼
Totally agree, luckily that Fabio didn't cause the tragic in sprint race
@@anan_owenk
If it doesn tt happen, it s tragic? What a fuck!?!? It's better if these things don't happen
he still confuse broo ..na wak guanee 😅
i came here to write the exact thing
Pecco's incident was horrific. Its amazing that he doesn't have any major injuries.
He deserves to have major injuries. Still hasn't received his Karma for drunk driving.
I wonder if he didn't run over his leg where the puck is I just dont understand how he didn't get his leg broken.
That was so much luck! When he was 180° twisted, then he would have hit his head.
It's a scary Simoncelli flashback.
Thank you Alpinestars for the protection.
The flashbacks of simonchelli...crashes like this pull me back to the harsh reality of how risky these races are...hope everyone involved will recover quick mentally and physically.
exactly, every time there's a rider on the ground in the middle of the track with all riders coming fast, it's just scary. It already happened this year with Marini and Alex Marquez, that was another close call, and today with Pecco. I just hope we won't see more and more incident like that until we will get another Simoncelli tragedy.
my thoughts exactly..
Wasn't even close, grow up!
to me this one js more similar to tomizawa's incident..
but yea thank god he's okay and huge job from those guys who made the wearpack actually keep the riders safe
If you're as old as me you'll remember Franco Uncini at Assen. So lucky, hit in the head by a front wheel, ripped his helmet off.
It's available here.
If the first incident involving multiple bikes hadn’t happened, I think the second incident with Pecco would’ve ended very badly. The first incident created some vital space, probably saved him from something far worse…….he’s been lucky today
Bagnaia should've been dead already yesterday regardless of how many bikes were involved in a wreck.
Good point.
yeah everyone else mightve gone over him if that hadnt happened
Hell of a point mate.
Well, it was as if those crashes had existed to make him safe.
Not to mention the fact that he was flying for a few seconds before hitting the ground.
Binder would have stroke his neck hadn't he lost the control of his bike, flew into the air.
Impressive that despite that *huge* highside and Binder riding over his leg, Pecco did not get any fractures or worse. Man must have had multiple angels on his shoulders today.
It's called engineering and development. Congrats to suite manufacturers, not to the angels...
@@tbyczek92 Never heard of sayings in your life, huh?
@@tbyczek92i don't believe in any of that nonsense but you have to admit it was a miracle he didnt at least fracture his leg or shoulder. on top of that he hit his head really hard on the tarmac.
Wait until you get older and grow up!@@ScreaM_1k
yes, and enea whose cause the crash in first corner has fracture in his ankle and has to rest for a while..again..ducati factory seems to have only one rider this season..
That was horrible, doesn't matter who you support, hope everyone is ok.
Amin. I also thought Bagnaia was dead. Tomizawa would be crying looking this.
Getting your legs run over can be career ending. He is a lucky dude to be lining up again this season.
Breaking a leg is never career ending
Over dramatic as usual sam
Breaking your leg is not the end of your life and career, but being your leg get run-over by motorbike is another story. He was lucky because it happened on the sharp turns where rider was slowing down and it doesnt give you cripple for life thanks to the advanced protection gear they have.
Had it happened on high-speed area, he will lose his leg and live with prostethic legs forever.
@@hartonosutrisno5452seems like it needed 6 days to recover it.
@@macsmith6216too dramatic.

Congratulations you can read
Maybe Enea saved pecco by taking out so many riders 🤷🏻♂️ Big tragic moment and thankful that no one has serious injuries 🍀🤲🏼
Didn't think of that but you're right. I can't imagine pecco surviving if it was the entire grid. God really was on peccos side
Well said! Pecco surely had more than one angel with him.
Brad also save him, even though he hit his legs, but if you look at the replay, of Brad didn't make a contact with Martin before he hit Pecco, thing could've been worse because Pecco's body was straight at Martin's line
I never thought of that as well
@@tsanirisfanfadillah1977it almost like simoncelli incident...
Man, if Marquez say that was a scary crash, it should be really scary 😂
I mean, dude had a near ending career injury because highside, of course he will say that, especially if you had a highside and you still inside of the racetrack, the only thing you can hope is that nobody runs over you
Indeed 😅
Not as scare as 2020 Austria and Jason Dupasquier fatal crash in Mugello 2021 qualifying.
@@luuduonghy659let's just agree that all of these crashes are horrifying
so true mate..but the flying gp bike in redbull ring that almost hit Valle is still the scaries moment..
An ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY UPDATE!!! Thank you, MOTOGP!
Amin. I always appreciate it.
"When it happens, it's magic. When it doesn't happen, it's tragic"
Well said Zarco💪
Yukiko Amagi approves this. Rise Kujikawa also crying when Bagnaia supposedly dead following this 8 rider wreck.
Todays amazing protection gear saved Pecco from loosing a foot or even worse. God what luck that he was on his back at the moment and his shinguards were at the exact and perfect position when Binder drove over his foot. Holy smokes, I am not religious - but he had an guardian angel somehow.
It looked like it hit higher than his foot.

After the News im so happy Pecco isnt really injured und maybe we see him next Week in Misano on Track ! For La Bestia all the best an quick recovery after the surcery !
Winner of the day is Aplinestar boots. I want what Pecco wears.
its Alpinestars Supertech R boots
What a horrific mess! So glad Pecco is not serously injured,
I also thought Bagnaia was dead for a moment.
Thanks for the headsup btw MotoGP, i was a bit worried about Pecco, so thanks fo the updates ;-)
Road racing warriors ! all of them ! 👏👏
No they arent....the MEN who race in the isle of man are real road warriors...come off there its usually death...in this racing they hurt theyre finger or knock theyre knee
And I thought it was A RACE TRACK.
Yep.....how many of these would enter the i.o m ?.. ZERO....think the last one who raced on track and i.o.m and won was foggy.....
@@PeteBurns-xv2fzthey are stupid that's the difference 😂 doesn't make them warriors 😂😂
Marcs turn on it.. "I saw him brake and thought lets see how he manages that"😂
So happy Pecco didn't spun around another time to have his head where his legs were😢❤
Feel bad for pecco but I have replayed Marc's take on Bestia attempt to overtake so many times bcs it's so funny especially the way he smiles while saying that bcs he knows Bestia was about to fuck up so bad 😂😂😂
It was pretty funny… “..we will see how this turns out” 😂
Just show's how strong those suits are the fact that Pecco didn't have broken shins after that.. Damn
5:12 Glad to hear the good news hope all are good to go for the next race.
Oncu gets a double long lap penalty (6 sec) for the last lap contact and Enea gets one for taking 4 riders out he will serve next race. Oncu's penalty was a really tough call. Something just isn’t right with consistency of penalties been handed around.
Bastiannini should get a grid penalty for the next race and start last plus the long lap penalty. He's my favourite rider, but the penalty for what he did is way too lenient.
@@nickklavdianos5136 "get a grid penalty AND start last" sooo which one is it now lol?
I agree that Oncu's penalty seems pretty tough, that was my first thought as well. My guess is Oncu's incident was penalized harder by race direction because it was the last lap, whether that's reasonable or not is debatable but it gives a potential explanation.
Also Bestia got the same penalty as Jorge Martin last weekend for virtually the exact same incident so arguably there was at least somewhat of consistency between comparable incidents.
@meislit9217 i understand but the RD needs to punish the rider that instigates such melees
@@generalaladeen2282 I totally agree! I also think one long lap penalty seems too light of a punishment, considering the risks. But it seems that's what RD has decided on, whether or not that is enough or fair is hard subjective. Also to be fair, a start is hectic and a lot can go wrong in miliseconds, so maybe that is why RD has decided this way? Also love your profile name lol ;D
How in the world Pecco doesn't have at the very least broken legs...with a motogp bike going over him like that is crazy fortunate...😨
Yep. Usually even getting hit on the legs or body maybe resulting in instant death like in GOD OF WAR III.
As much as they are at each other there is the same amount of compassion and concern when bad things happen.. I am glad everyone is going to be ok.
And on another note. how could you be surprised by 5 Ducatis being down at one time in the Ducati cup😅
😆
@@samblack5313well definitely is.
within the race they are all fierce competitors but you can see how genuinely they care about each other outside the track
Well seems like their Safety Rating for everyone except Marquez is like S.
I almost never watch motorcycle racing. I do love it though, I just rarely see it on Tv. I was watchin it today because I scrolled over the channel, and was in the mood to watch for a little. When I seen that man fly above the bike like thatt, omg. 😳 I'd never seen anything like that. Wildd. Glad he was okayy. 😯
I'm glad Pecco is fine, and only has bruises on his left leg. I am very sad to see Enea have to go up to the operating table for the second time 🥺 hope Enea gets well soon ❤️
As a fan, I wish you the best and that the operation will be successful ☺️ and come back even stronger Enea and be a real champion 👊🔥
Bagnaia almost like Simoncelli in terms of the way he positioned himself by the time the big one occured.
I like how you handled it: Not simply showing the clip for shock value, but including all the concerend comments from Peccos collages. It shows respect for the incidents.
I was legit scared for Pecco. I'm relieved he's ok
Yeah. It gave me some Simoncelli flashbacks instantly. Yeez He got lucky that day.
The absolute horror in Binders eyes. Glad everyone is alright. Especially Pecco.
Brad Binder originally wanted to kill Bagnaia but luckily he backed off.
Not everyone enea had multiple fracture
until the restart i keep thinking like "binder must've had mixed up emotion now. he'll get held back this race", and yea.. he immediately went out to see bagnaia after he crashed. pure soul indeed
Damn and people still hating this rider or this other rider, they are human just like us, like you, like me, your family.. in a couple of sec any rider can die, this should be a lesson to everybody, have more respect for the sport and the men who build it and still do.
They dont have life
All they do is talk shit on the internet
If Binder didn't knock Martin aside it will be big problem for Peco coz Martin was in the line of hitting Peco's upper body
Brad Binder: I wanna kill Bagnaia to bring the championship alive!
Hayden: NO!
Oh man, that is brutal, that bike rode over his legs! Close racing at the start requires a combination of skill, patience as well as luck and maybe even magic.
Unfortunate event..but hey, it's racing..it could happen...glad to see that there are no major injuries... warriors on 2 wheels...
Marco Simoncelli and Nicky Hayden says STOP to Binder from killing Bagnaia somehow.😅
The question now becomes, will Bastia be put on trial the same way Nakagami was when he did the same thing one year ago? Will we see him get scolded by other riders on a twitter video like they did to Taka?
Yeah... didn't think so...
Long lap penalty like Martin😅
Sport is an Italian mafia. They are all awful riders.
Unlike Nakagami he was penalized.
Bastia isn’t VR academy, and he’s not Spanish, so he may yet pay for it 😂
Pecco was/is SO LUCKY not to have broken his leg- scary situation-
Honestly that was terrifying ..I'm happy no one was injured badly
Amin.
Enea had multiple fracture
Thank God Peco is alright!!! Hope his legs are alright, that was a horrible highside....
well wishes Peco! see ya next race buddy ... one of your nine lives right there... fortunately a good chunk of the field decided to go bowling before you went down or there would have been even more bikes coming, fortunately everyone was already in pucker mode...
21 years watching these races, that Pecco crash was one of the scariest, heart in throat moments
Glad everyone ok
We are all thankful everyone will make a full recovery. My goodness this could have been a horror.
So happy this turned out as well as it did! We have all seen some pretty bad results in the past from riders being struck. Whew!

Well they do get to do what most of us only dream of.

always been a Vale fan but Marc seems much more mature in this interview, the way he speaks about not needing to blame riders as he himself has probably experienced it the worst for valid and invalid reasons.
he also seems much more grounded speaking on Peccos crash which has changed my view on him more then I'd have thought, personally I believe his crash has definitely altered his view and how he reacts or speaks.
Crazy start.
180 degrees more or less rotation on Pecco's body after his highside and before the contact with Binder's front wheel and the headlines would read very differently. Incredibly lucky. With MotoGP/WSBK, the life is literally on the line every session, every minute, it's easy to forget...
Thanks for your input doctor

The accident like Bowling Ball
Never nice to see hectic crashes. Glad averyone is ok.
Just like a bowling bowl wiping out the skittles.
So sweet Marc Marquez by saying motogp family.
MM93 understand Anea's Feeling, he is struggling mentally just to win a race in his factory ducati bike. Motogp viewrs and commentors be kind to this drivers, they're fighting not just for a podium or two but for also for their prides.
pecco has a very attentive guardian angel.
I would say that was even more drama than the year before 😥
The pain is real
Watching this back the luckiest person was Aleix. Zarco and Enea were inches from from hitting his rear. Then the red means he can gain the places he lost.
He was so fast and thoroughly deserved his win, but it’s amazing how close it was to disaster
Zarco and Bagnaia are the luckiest. Brad Binder wants Bagnaia to gone.
@@purwantiallan5089now that is a bad statement coming out of your finger. No one wants anyone gone. And if it's a joke , that is not funny.
Peco - that was a "2 stroke " high side.
Binder did damn well to stay on the bike going over him.
Glad everybody alright. All part of the game.
Hopefully all of the riders are oke , & can participate to the next race
Get well soon Pecco, it looked horrific but by all accounts you were very lucky.
GRATEFUL HE IS OK AND TO THE OTHER RACERS NOT HAVE A GOOD EXPERIENCE IN THAT 1 LAP
Whatever happened, Im just very glad Pecco is alright. His accident reminded of simoncelli's accident way back years ago. Thankfully hes okay.
Very good video thanks
you can see Brad is shaken by the incident.....but he did well to try avoid Pecco....
Bruh, everyone crashed their Ducatis except Martin and Marini
Looks like Bestia hasn't drunk coffee so he can't focus 😂
Really wanted & got ready to write “RIP” for that barking dog!!! Barking on the track during FP like it owned the whole track!!!
Those 5 guys in the earlier crash saved Pecca from his fall. It was a miracle !
I remember a few years ago, I think 2021, a journalist asked Lewis Hamilton about the risks they take driving F1 cars, and responded by saying their risks are nothing compared to the risks the MotoGP riders take, and today and in many other situations we witness that again.
Many times he did this.
Scary man
Thats was scary man
Pecco was just inches away from losing his life like Noguchi in Mandalika.
I am in shock that Bagnaia almost dead when both of his legs got ran over there. WOW!
Marc should have said " for once I wasn't involved , thank goodness!"
You mean “I for once didn’t cause it”

If Bezzecchi doesn't qualify well, you know there is a crash going to happen on turn one that will take him out.
Glad to hear Pecco's injuries are not serious, because that looked BAD.
I, who have barely ever watched MotoGP, have never EVER - seen a high side crash where the rider looked like a NASCAR taking flight. What a miraculous turn of events there were no major injuries.
When pushing to find the Limit..... Sometimes you find it..... Glad everyone is OK... :-))

How Nakagami got no penalty last year is beyond me considering he missed his brake zone by more. Anyway, the fact that Enea took out 5 Ducs at once is mind blowing and by turn 2 75% were down. What a miserable day for one Italian manufacturer and absolute elation for the other.

Rider reactions: Pecco's highside was very scary but the Hondas were hopeless. Marc was basically riding backwards, despite being an 8-time champion, while the rest of the guys just monopolized the last three places, before the two accidents and after.
