My father purchased a cloud, as I recall, in 1965. It was a my 2 with the double headlights. It cost, per the invoice, 6503 pounds sterling. It was grey and silver in two tone with leather on the driver seat, west of England cloth as a supplementary request since leather in those days was solely for the chauffeur and such persons. I miss it to this day.
it's a shame that during the interior renovation the flutes of the seats weren't properly stuffed - they should be plump and thick - and that the garnish rail grab handles were put on backwards. Additionally, incorrect hide has been used; the correct hide for Silver Cloud III was Vaumol, which this is not.
This car is gorgeous. It looks like a luxury car from the 40’s. They were 10 years behind the times where styling was concerned. I’ve driven several of these. They are easy to drive and are genuine cars rather than the computers in wheels made today. You don’t have to read the manual in order to drive one. The back seat is the most comfortable seat Ive ever sat on. Perfect for a trip.
frankmarter6845. Wot a load of BS you talk. It doesn't look like anything from the 40's. Look how the Bentley S1 changed from the Mark 6. You need to stop drinking so much Gin and open your eyes.
My next door neighbour owns one in burgundy. Never comes out of the garage except to be washed and polished. I sometimes think I’d love to get into it and take it for a really good long ride out .
I think with the cloud 3 rolls had reached it's summit in ostentatious beauty. It screamed out royalty, English factory owner or celebrity. Later models just said look at me, I'm loaded. The Chinese eye version by park ward, I think is the the most beautiful car ever made.
I owen a 1984 RR Silver Spirit (51k miles) and on occasion my mechanic has difficulty finding RR parts. Wonder how difficult it would be to find parts for this beauty.
Lovely example of the Cloud 111. One small detail though is that originally the coachlines at the front of the bonnet should be joining each other to a point. Nit picking, I know but after 50 years of working on RR & Bentley S types, anything that is not 100% sticks out a mile.
when seeing Rolls Royce of this era. I remember when Rolls almost made a huge gaff, they where going to call a new model The Silver Mist. Apparently , Mist in German meant Fart, so they just avoided a huge mistake, In one of their best markets too.
@@victorseastrom3455 Victor, I agree with you, however Rolls Royce and Bentley in the 1960's seem to have not investigated the transmission and braking issues correctly. If Sir Frederick Henry Royce was still around then it may not happen. I believe, in his day, he refused to let a car out of the factory until he was satisfied that it was perfect. THOSE were the days! Take care.
Absolute stunning vehichle but could do with a good detailing ie buffing and chrome but i'm very critiical as i work on vehicles like this for a living. Hours could be spent on this classic so beutiful .
Rick from Pawn Stars say he will offer you $500.00 in $100.00 bills! and he takes all the risk? Remember it will take months for me to sell it!It will sit in my store period! can I call a friend to look at it as it might be fake? With a VW engine in it?

I mean there’s only one word needed…. Stunning! Oozes class and sophistication.

I noticed that. Points off for a concourse
What a wonderful example of automotive design and engineering. This is a worķ of art not a car.

Very nice. I like the Cloud 1 personally, but this would be a treasure to own as well. Lovely.
Lovely car. That is what I call a proper car🤩👍.

WOW ABSOLUTELY STUNNING GORGEOUS ROLLS ROYCE SILVER CLOUD 3 ON MY BUCKETLIST .
Gorgeous vehicle!
Stunning restoration. You have some exotic cars in stock. 👀

There are plenty of specialists. Where are you?
I've had a 1965 Cloud III, as second owner, since 1982. My garage has never had a problem finding parts, at a reasonable price.

Well spotted dear friend. It's that eye for detail that most folks don't have.
I agree.
Beautiful car in stunning condition. Is it being auctioned or for sale? When is the auction if auctioned? No info on your website.
Beyond gorgeous 🫢
The car was absolutely excellent - unlike the camera work with constant movement up and down, there and back, which made me sea sick.
I just love it .
How much do you want for it? I'd like to see it with Double Eagle white wall tires (if they still make them). The color is wonderful!
Best car ever made
Conducir un vehículo así es sentirse un rey o un principe
Fantastic très très chic👌
A proper car!!
Beautiful car, that's going to make 70k easy
What is/was the asking price?

Fantastic!
A series 1 is the one to have. You can never beat the first model of any motor.
@@victorseastrom3455 I tend to agree.

No air conditioning?
did it sell sir
When the camera moves so fast I get suspicious of the car...

A lovely car and in such great condition too. My only gripe is the colour, just not keen on it, but plenty of people will love it though.
Nice car
STUNNING !!! '

Pardon me, Do you have any Grey Poupon?
Is that a chip on the front n/s under the headlamp cluster?
No , it was dry polish. I bought it and when it was delivered I went straight to that and was relieved to see it was not a chip!
Do you have any Grey Poupon?
I was expecting it in the glove box. I guess this means BYOGP.
The vintage car model
Maravilloso
I want this!
Another Silver Cloud III: ruclips.net/video/zvq97_bkm9w/видео.html
It’s certainly impressive. Certainly the size. What is it for? I can imagine a walk with your dog, but with your elephant ?
Gorgeous! Era-correct whitewalls would favor it greatly.
Lovely motor, but the endlessly swooping camera makes me bilious...
Moved the camera very fast!!
I fell upset!!!
Needs a detailing and paint correction.
What year is it?
1964
be nice if you gave a guide to your vids
Why in the world would someone order such an elegant car in those unsuitable colors?
Tailpipe looks odd
Beautiful car but would probably break down within 50 miles
Too bad they changed the original colour, and lacks AC.
Absolutely beautiful but the wheels are boring. Put some nice spokes and some big fat white walls on it and I'll take it.
Dude you are making me sick with all the constant moving... lay off the coffee!
Got any videos of the body before the new paint job.
