if anyone else is confused about the anatomy like me here are all the terms spelled out: omental foramen (the wikipedia article on this has a nice image) omental bursa greater and lesser omentum/peritoneal sac allantois (the guardian has a nice article about the role of the allantois in how chicken eggs breathe)
