Wow! who's the contractor and is the 1.5m the total contract price?
We constructed it ourselves. I have a foreman and hired construction workers nearby. 1.5M is for labor and materials. If through a contractor we mostly would have spent additional 30-40% to the cost.

Included na more or less. Pool was only around 200k. Malaki tipid as we did it DIY. Di narin kami naghukay.

Yes medyo maaraw po at may times na mainit sa lugar pag noontime. Cold naman ng from late afternoon until mornin. Kaya properly insulated dapat yung container home.
