INGREDIENTS :
• 6 beef slices
• 250 grams cabbage
• 1 spring onion (20 grams)
• 10 tablespoons all purpose flour (100 grams)
• 1 teaspoon bonito powder
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon sugar
• ¼ teaspoon baking powder
• 9 tablespoons water (140 milliliters)
• 2 eggs
SAUCE :
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
• 1½ tablespoons worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
• ½ tablespoon sugar
