Favorite bait in the summer is a small broken tail minnow

My go to favorite Sac-a-lait bait is the old reliable Beetle Spin in black w/chartreuse curly tail, or Cajun Lures Slim Jimmy in Black w/Chartreuse Tail, Smoking Shad, Popsicle, Black Chartreuse !!

Just got my pond hopper boat. I will definitely be using it for Crappie here in the next week or so.
Nothing better than a hot crappie bite full of slabs. Got you a nice honey hole spot. I need to try casting for crappies more often got a blue flame that I don't have a rod for yet maybe make that my crappie casting setup 🐟
My favorite 2 baits are called a crappie buster spinner and the amazing bergie worm caught a lot of crappies with them all different color depending on the water...
Great video! I never really target crappie in the summer so I dont have a favorite bait, but this video makes me want to go for them! I love targeting them ice fishing though. 1"gulp on a 5mm jig is my go too for that.
Was catching them on jerkbaits the other day but also like catching them on something as simple as a Mister Twister or Mimic Minnow. Awesome video! 👍👊🐟🎣
It's hard to beat a good crappie bite! I like to use 2" plastics in a variety of styles and colors depending on what they are wanting at the time.
