Exclusive: Downtown Fort Wayne's newest development!

We have exclusive, breaking news about downtown's next big project! The St Joseph Nursing dorm downtown is being converted into 39 apartments! This brings much needed housing right in the heart of Downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana. Residents will have access to the parking garage, a rooftop lounge area, and some commercial space in the basement. The developers plan to resume as much as possible, keeping the integrity go the initial structure. If you're following along with the development of our city's core, you know what a big deal this is. We will continue to follow along as the project progresses!

Agreed, although downsizers/retirees are moving dt too! One of my clients who’s a widow just sold her home of 30 years and moved downtown. Lots of cool things happening!
