Having spoke to various physiotherapists they all send me to random videos of back stretches and they are all so low level that it does nothing to help. The above stretches are the most key stretches you can do to relieve back pain, this should have more views. Most of the "experts" do not even show you these movements. Props to this man.

Wow! This was so good. A few days ago I realised my back is so tight and has been for so long that I don't even remember how you normally put a glass down on a lower table. I always need to bend my knees to reach the table, since I can't bend my back in that way. I followed the steps I could manage physically and I just bent down towards a table! ^^ I know this is just a mobilisation and not a chiropractic adjustment but in waiting for a chiropractic adjustment this is the next best thing for me. I have tried a few other steps shown in other videos but for me your video was the one that worked. So thank you! I allready feel my face getting flustred from my body having a normal flow again :)

If you have a really bad back, like a scyiatica the chances are that you have a trapped disc and the vertebrae are trapping the nerve. There are other exercises to help with this

Wondering at which point the scapula would be pulled like this? What benefit does this provide? If I were going in for a shoulder/back massage could I expect something like this? You can try rolling using the peanut massage ball for alternative so it doesnt put pressure on the spine
