But if you never talked to him, or just talked 1 time, he will say "Im so happy to see someone right now." Its a tiny, but still really cool thing.
May I ask how the hell they made these little meeps the characters use to speak have EMOTIONS?! When Madeline is having a panic attack while on the gondola or whatever it's called, she genuinely sounds like she is about to lose it. She can convey anger, annoyance, all that. *_WHY IS THIS GAME SO FRIGGIN GOOD?!_*
Yeah fr, kinda didn't expect some indie platformer I felt like playing out of boredom to be my freaking therapist, the portrayal of depression/anxiety is so incredibly realistic & the message is just so beautiful

Most relatable video game story for me personally. This really proves that video games can tell a story like nothing else can. As Madeline was struggling to climb this mountain, we were all struggling because of the insane difficulty. But it almost never felt unfair. And the music kept me going.

All of the game's dialogue can also be found within the game files (also in Brazilian Portugese). This is a really long video and if you really want to subtitle all of it, I wish you good fortune on you journey. But also know that I won't be disappointed if you change your mind later on (So no pressure).

They also said that they haven't called Madeline in months, which leads me to believe the person was her ex.
