I’d be willing to bet Vought puts someone else in Black Noirs costume so the public thinks he’s still alive for good PR. Also you wondered why Deep drowned that guy for Homelander. It was to put the Headpopper in as VP. You’ve got to agree Antony Starr does phenomenal as Homelander. His acting and facial expressions are perfect. Season 4 is confirmed
they'll provably go the comic's route and have homelander cloned and have him kill homelander (but probably have him be a worse, silent version of him)
Putting my usual hysterical rants aside, this episode did have its good moments: - Soldier Boy absolutely stole this episode with every scene he was in. My fave part of his scenes is when he still wanted to kill Homelander once he realized that this is what his own dad saw in him, and accepted that he himself was a disappointment. - Maeve's absolute disdain for Hughie kills me every time - the way Kimiko slapped Frenchie like a pissed girlfriend and how she was so proud of him for standing up to Butcher 😂 - Maeve leaving with Elena
Your editing is so funny Lmao *Starlight's Wish Brought to you by Vought International* I feel for Soldier boy, he was the only one who stuck to plan A He saw the world in black and white, good and bad but Butcher's strengths and weaknesses are very grey, dark grey but not all gone. I'm so excited for S4 next year or so ^~x
The team actually ended the episode all happy and stuff when things are so much worse now... Like wtf. Soldier Boy was completely right. Yeah, he's an abusive bully, but in this case he was completely right. He could not have been more clearly the lesser evil in this situation (i.e. the evil that wouldn't cut someone in half out of a manchild mess of emotion and pettiness) He kept his word that he would kill Homelander, even tho he had the biggest reason not to. But Butcher told him to go through with it, even tho he HIMSELF couldn't do it for a same reason. And in the end, Ryan still chose Homelander. Not only that, the blast probably wouldn't even have killed him-- Maeve managed to survive an up close explosion while falling out of a damn building. All Butcher had to do instead of straight up attacking Soldier Boy was say "no not the kid, that's not the deal, lemme get him out of the way so you can finish the job"
I get Nate wanted Blue Hawk to pay for what happened to him through the legal system, but there's no way that ever would have happened anyway. The Supes under Vought are pretty much untouchable.
@@_blink_xg That's why I understood his anger towards his brother for killing Blue Hawk. Yes, the downside is that Blue Hawk will be seen as a hero to the public, but the upside is with Blue Hawk gone he won't be able to hurt anyone else ever again like he hurt Nate. That's got to count for something.
I really think in the end Homelander could loose his power probably not die but Butcher interfere without thinking about that possibility, cause we have seen Kimiko survived Soldier Boys blast and in that episode Maeve survived it too. I really thought this was thier only best chance to take him out of the picture but I guess we are about to have another season and I am totally in for the ride
They've been in Toronto for the production for Season 4 for several weeks now, so no worries about that. There is a spinoff series coming up as well, though I don't know what the release schedule is on that So the person The Deep assassinated in the pool was Robert Singer's original selection for Vice President. If you remember last episode, Victoria told Homelander that she's proposing a transactional relationship. She gives him Ryan's location, and Homelander finds some way to get rid of her rival. That's what he was whispering to The Deep at that meeting where he responded that the request could be treason. I can't see Butcher dying next season, unless it's the end of the series. They're going to find some way to healing him. So many possibilities, maybe Kimiko can give him some of her blood to give him temporary accelerated healing ability, or maybe he can take some of the original formula, as there's still quite a bit left from the vial Kimiko's recent dose came from, or maybe Victoria's ability has some weird interaction with the remnants of Temp V in Butcher's system and ends up healing him by accident while attempting to pop his head? Or maybe Vought's continued development in Temp V finally comes of with a solution? I don't consider this a spoiler as Kripke has said in several interviews something to the effect about the beauty of casting someone who never shows his face means that it can be anyone behind the mask. That was the reason why they had a different actor portraying his character in the flashbacks instead of Nathan who plays the character normally. This way they still can keep him on the show, but play a "different" version of Black Noir next season. From the public point of view, they have no clue he's dead, so all Vought has to do is put someone else in the costume
Loved your reaction to the season 3 finale of The Boys Kazzy.😃 It was amazing and crazy ending and looking forward to season 4. Good insights on all the characters too. Have a great weekend Amanda.🤗✌️
Great reactions to the season 3 finale of The Boys, Miss Amanda!!!🎬👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽Yeah, Homelander is too popular to kill off. Looking forward to you having some guests. Have a great weekend!🙂
They did Soldier Boy dirty, he's the only one who ever kept his word and now they just locked him up again. I'm beginning to hate this show because I've come to realize that it's too repetitive and at the end of each season, things always seem to end up how they began, back to the status quo, nothing ever really changes in the end. Ryan is lost to us now, there's no hope for that kid now, I feel like in the end, he's going to kill them all, Butcher and Homelander included. I'm sure when Soldier Boy returns it'll be to help Butcher and Homelander take down Ryan
I am NOT a fan of how judgemental and dogmatic Starlight was this season. She had NO plan to actually stop Homelander, but because Hughie was willing to accept a plan that was, that made him as bad as Homelander (a man who has killed COUNTLESS people out of manchild emotions) in her eyes. In my opinion, that apology in this episode was WAY too one-sided. She has shown no compassion for what Hughie's gone through, or why he took the temp v to begin with and I hate that when Hughie finally understands he doesn't need the Temp V, she and MM still gave him a whole mouthful for it. And when Maeve decided to prioritize killing Homelander to stopping Soldier Boy, immediately Starlight decides she isn't a real hero. The Starlight of s1 and S2 was righteous but also willing to fight dirty when the time came, and was also compassionate and understanding. Instead, in this season, she'd rather keep stirring the pot of boiling rage that is Homelander (by doing the thing he specifically said would set him off into killing the world) while she waits for a morally perfect, "right way" pure solution to fall out of the sky.
Yeah, I'm glad she''s officially with the boys, but I hope we get OG Annie who was caring, but understood people's emotions because she was kinda all over the place this season
@@Hunterese123 Yeah, Annie killed an innocent guy (a father to a young child) back in S2E6(?) and said she didn't feel anything. Something Huey has never done.
You've probably heard about it by now, but Soldier Boy on the comics wasn't anywhere near the same character 😂. Before they dropped the hint about SB uh...leaving a deposit in a cup....I wouldn't have guessed the twist, but once I heard that I figured they'd tie them together that way. I need to go back and see what I'm guessing will be your shocked Pikachu face throughout the Herogasm episode, hahaha! They went as far as they could go in that episode. I'm so glad to see your channel has picked up alot over the last few months. Keep it going, Kazzy :)
Butcher didn't 'turn on Ryan'. After he used Temp V to eliminate Gunpowder - Butcher knew he was now as dangerous as any Supe and tried to distance himself from Ryan ... in order to keep Ryan safe - fulfilling his promise to Becca.
I found the first part of the season quite slow to be honest, I really wish Soldier Boy was introduced earlier. I know he is a piece of shit, but we did not see him enough. I was concerned all season that: MM, Kimiko or Frenchie would be killed and while I am really happy that they are still alive along with Maeve the fact nobody died kind of reduces the stakes of the season for me. Yes - BN died but even that was a bit unsatisfying. Love the show and enjoyed the season but I really hope S4 progresses the plot along a lot more.
Hi Kazzy I don't know if you've ever seen Clerks but if you want to laugh really hard and cry you should watch Clerks one two and three. Best trilogy ever...
Also I have no idea what Maeve's deal is with hughie he literally didn't do anything to her so why is she a piece of shit to him X'D Hughie: *exists* Maeve: GAY BOI B!TCH
I always kinda saw Maeve as the type of person to give you shit if she likes you. I think she gives Hughie a hard type in more of a joking way than actually being serious. Idk 🤷
I hope the WGA strike ends soon so they can get to work on season 4. Victoria Neumann just one heartbeat (or headpop) away from POTUS? What could possibly go wrong? 🤨 Hope they get season 4 underway before the kid who plays Ryan ages too much. 🤞
