It's protein and rice, you can turn this technique into 100 different recipes. Substitute fish with chicken, braise in tomato sauce with chicken stock instead of milk and you have a completely different meal using the same technique.

Thats why she clearly had gordon ramsey teach her one variation. If she was familiar with different variations and cooking options, she wouldnt be asking for help...

Just cook rice and some beans and for the lazy people you can get canned beans. Put them in containers for the entire week and then you can make chicken in a tomatoe souce, or ground beef, or even fish/shrimp, add petit pois and plantain in small cubes for sweetness. Easy meal for a big fam. People are so dramatic with cooking
