Accomplished Vietnamese guitarist Kim Chung actually plays in her solo performance on accoustic guitar all the three, i.e. the bass, rhythm, and lead and in a much faster tempo than this quartet. Go watch her on youtube (the live stage edition) as well as her later video version. This quartet needs to speed up the tempo because the slower tempo they are playing in is killing this superb piece of Barouque music by Pachelbel
For a quartet there should be at least two on lead (because the canon actually has 2 lead threads running side by side), but unfortunately only one is playing lead and 2 on rhythm (and one on bass). A bit disappointing with their rendition, though it is a satisfactory piece of performance

Totally disagree. There are 3 voices plus basso continuo. The clue is in the word 'canon'.
