@@jimg6178 Chet and Wemby are taller KD's. Tall, lengthy, skinny, and are quick to get to their spots. Zach is a pure big man with tons more muscle, and ARGUABLY stronger than the other 2. Chet and Wemby are quick up to the court bc they don't carry as much body mass as Edey. he's 300lb, whilst Chet and Wemby are both just under 210, so an extra 100lb can slow someone down. wasn't too long ago zach put up a good fight against chet in the U19 game back in '21, and zach was slightly more efficient than Chet was. zach was +3 and chet -11. so i'd say he can keep up with the NBA today

I'm not a Purdue fan at all, but I thought if they beat Gonzaga, then it'd probably be likely that they could win it all. With Duke beating Houston, that helps Purdue out a lot. I thought if anyone could beat Purdue, it'd be Houston. I now have to hope for Tennessee to get the job done. I still think that if it comes down to Purdue and UCONN, though, that UCONN can take them down. UCONN has been solid all year, but I hope that Tennessee, Duke, or North Carolina beats them before they get that far.

@@patrickroush By 4 points and shooting 48 free throws. Vols are more healthy now and a better team since the game in November. Purdue isn't the only team that is "much better now" and you'd be dumb to write them off.

@@37thousand just shows how bad the non-Edey minutes are. They just avoid foul trouble. Ask, why didn't Vols keep going to same spots close to the rim for these easy shots? Vols need to milk those over and over until adjustments.

Correction: The ridiculous number of fouls committed against Zach are greater than those actually called. When will teams learn to play a clean game? You're welcome.

Purdue loses if they didn't shoot so well from 3 land. Edey is over hyped, guy is tallest player playing with smaller players, he struggled against Ike in this game. Zags stopped doubling, again - Purdue only won bc they shot so well from 3s

If I was mark few or a Gonzaga fan I’d be heated at this loss. The amount of baby fouls called in favor of Edey is ridiculous. Same with the utter absence of the blatant fouls he committed not being called. I mean there’s a reason people titled him “Foul Monger”. I’m just happy to know it won’t correlate to NBA success. In an era of guard domination I tried so hard to be an Edey fan put his play is a disgrace to basketball so I just can’t.
