The Shah of Iran has been the most nicest and the most intelligent leader and the most open minded in the middle east, when he was in power he brought prosperity to his people , he never persecuted any one for the ethnicity or religion , he was so cool that when got married with Soraya which was his second wife , she was a Christian and he never asked her to convert to Islam, he was the only leader that had one wife even tough he could have many for his religion. he never persecuted Jewish , the Jewish in Iran were living in prosperity and peace and his country used to have peace with everybody in the region. if the Muslins leaders were like him , we would have peace in the region. When the Shah was ousted all the countries from Europe Canada USA, betrayed him , they didn't want him to give asylum . , there were 2 Latinos countries that the Shah never had any relation but those countries offered asylum , Mexico and -Panama.
A great visit! They visited Toronto also!
Back when Iran was cool and knew how to party!
God Bless His Soul.

Just king for iran and Iranians
Everyone must read " America's secret engagement with khomeini" & " The west's role in shah's overthrow" to know WHAT ACTUALLY happened.
I don't care if he was authoritarian. What matters is that governments are secular. Pahlavi managed to keep Iran's culture intact before religion pretty much ruined everything.

Why My daughter Tarot Farasi goto Emirates Why My daughter Tarot Farasi choose for Emirates I want to investigate.
Mossadegh the democratically elected leader who preceded Reza Pahlavy was ousted by the CIA because he took back Iran's oil industry which was primarily in the hands of the British, Amerocans and French and nationalised it. Before the nationalisationn Iran was getting only a miniscule percentage of oil revienues. British Petroleum got disgustingly wealthy on the back of Iranian oil. The US was able to take back control of Iranian oil reserves once the pro-West Reza Pahlavi was reinstated. Iran's coffers overflowed with the 1973 oil crisis and instead of investing in infrastructure and in other areas which would have built a sound foundation for Iran, he invested hugely in arms and weapons which were imported from the US. Pahlavi's was to make Iran a super-power in the Middle East. His white revolution did not bring any advantages to rural Iran. More than half the country's population remained poverty ridden. And then the mother of all glas to mark 2500 years of Iranis monarchy.....Pahlavi was also very insecure about the fact that his days of glory were very much dependent on the largesse of the US.

I wish Persia the best, it will be just as gorgeous one day :)
Both of you guys are funny... for someone who hasn't seen iran and one who's too young to know who the shah was and the thing he did, you two need to get some education
