I can imagine that its hard to listen or hear what hamza is saying when ure an atheist, because hamza is not listening to him and is leading the conversation too much. “If god created you, he is the one who will guide you the best”. Hamza expects an obvious YES from Alex. But Alex tried to say: what if my creator wanted to guide me to a bad place? Then the answer is NO. Hamza should listen better before expecting people to accept his point of view. Repeating the question and telling him why god guides the best, asking him to not think about religions, telling him you make it easy for him etc… while you didn’t even understand why he couldn’t say YES, makes it hard for him to listen and enjoy a conversation.

4 48 he says,2 contradictory explanations can't be right ,that correct hanza , so read the following then
      Muslims need to realise ,
Gibril that appeared to Mahamed , was the devil in disguise , I know its difficult to come to terms with but it's true.
Did you know there is a Verses in the bible
      2 corinthians 11-14
      It says,
For SATAN himself can TRANSFORMS into an angel of light.
      Also in Galatians 1-8
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel OTHER than the one we preached to you, let them be under God’s CURSE !!-
Didn't Mohamed preach a different gospel??
If Mahamed new the gospels and these, verses,, he would have been more careful that Gibril doesn't say something that contradicts other scriptures, or the past prophets as muslims
,will tell you they believe IN ALL THE PROPHETS , so if he heard something he woould have thought,
if Allahs words cannot change (sura 18 27)
      And sura 3.3 says
He has revealed to you ˹O Prophet˺ the Book in truth, confirming what came before it, as He revealed the Torah and the Gospel.(ALLAH CONFIRMED THEM SO THEY ARE TRUE)
      Why is this angel saying
      jesus didn't die? ?
And Denying he's son of God ???
The most difficult thing to justify logically about this if Jesus didn't die on the cross,
they were switched on the cross with someone else, essentially you are saying that God trick his disciples into thinking it was Jesus on the cross,
so we then believe he was raised from the dead,b/c God tricked his disciplines REALLY , and by tricking his, disciplines he mislead millions of Christians?
What's more reasonable to assume, God tricked his disciples and millions of people ?
      Or that Mohammed was fooled.
And Satan did exactly the samething with prophet Joseph smith in the Mormon Church
An angel called Moroni , appeared to him and told him all religions are wrong ,I'm here to tell you ths truth.
And he told him ,there's are millions of Gods and you can become a God , if Joseph Smith knew the scriptures ,he would know there is a verse that says in
      Actual,quote-
Prophet Joseph Smith, Jr., History of the Church, v. 6, pp. 307, 308
“If we should take a million of worlds like this and number their particles, we should find that there are more Gods than there are particles of matter in those worlds.”
      But.... ....
      Isaha 43 10 says......
Ye are my witnesses, saith the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that ye may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be after me...
So he or have used his, logic and thought God would not contradict himself, why is this Angel Moroni saying there many Gods and you can become one, and isaha is saying ,
no gods before or after me..?
Satan pulled the same trick on Mahamed .
      PROOF IS HERE
      Prophet isaha said
      In 7.14
14 So the Lord himself will give you this sign: A virgin will become pregnant and give birth to a son, and she will name him Immanuel [GOD IS,WITH US,).
In luke 1.32 Gabriel says to Mary
He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. And the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David,
Why is it in the quran, the same angel that say to Mary
Behold! the angels said: “O Mary! Allah giveth thee glad tidings of a Word from Him: his name will be Christ Jesus, the son of Mary, (held in HONOUR) in this world and the Hereafter and of (the company of) those nearest to Allah. (Qur’an, 3:45)
Why does jibril In the quran say held in HONOUR ,and the same angel in bible says ,he will be SON OF GOD!!
      -SAME ANGEL SPEAKING
      .-
      Isaha said the same thing?
Two witness say SON OF GOD jibdil says held in honour (no mention Son of God)
Also, both the Mormon and Islam, paradise is,never ending sex ,Satan catering to mans, lustrlful desires..
The Christian paradise is being in the presence of God ,and the love and energy and colours that flows out of him ,you can look at him for ever , I heard alot of testimonies saying this , this, makes, more sence and is in line with Scriptures
      1,John 4
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.
Did Mohamed and Joseph test the spirits??
And the only way to test a spirit is make sure he is consistent with the gospels and prophets before them, Christians have a reason not to believe jibril of the quran and Angel Moroni ,what reason to Muslims have not to believe in Joseph smith, and Angel spoke and they don't test them ,so tbey should be Mormons
Remember Adam Eve got thrown out of paradise...
      Genesis 3-23-24
So GOD expelled them from the Garden of Eden and sent them to work the ground ..
After Jesus paid for their and everyone's sins he owned the doors,of paradise again.
And the thief on the cross was the first one in.
      Luke 23-43
      The thief said to Jesus
Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!” And Jesus said to him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”.
So Satan knows only through believing in Jesus, and that he paid for your sins on the, cross , told Mahamed Jesus,l,didn't die ,and that he is only a prophet, because if you believe Jesus is,only a man a,didn't due for you paradise is closed , why do you think jibril In the quran said such a redicoulous lie !!,
God would not trick his, disciplines and millions of Christians, this is,why we view the cross as,something holy ,because,of thd love he showed to all of us by paying for out sins , and Satan hates the cross because of this ,this is why quran says, the cross will be broken , BECAUSE BEFORE JESUS PAID FOR OUR SINS ,SATAN TOOK ALL THE SOULS ...

For me, this is one of Hamza's most beneficial talks (I won't call it a debate). Thanks to Luke's candor. Admitting ignorance takes courage. The only problem with Luke is that he is approaching Islam with the same skepticism that atheists usually approach Christianity; he needs to understand that Islam is not another religion in the sense of catholic theocracy. Islam is a framework inextricably linked to human experiences such as politics and history. He needs to stop being arrogant and use his head, as Hamza suggested. It's sad how some people ignore what's best for them in the name of pride and prejudice.

I would not consider him arrogant. It takes time to process these things. Being on camera and having bystanders, as well as being engaged in a talk, where your opposite already knows every part of the way, makes it difficult to look past the emotions of that situation. Being on the defensive like this can close the heart and the head.
Give him time and space and he may find the way inshallah.

Christian by definition are followers of Christ..last time I checked Islam teaches Christ was without fault…something not even Muhammad can say..not to mention Muhammad is nowhere near popular than Christ. Let’s not even get into the fact that more people know about Christ than Muhammad and longer..hundreds of years went by and millions of people followed Christ before Muhammad was even thought of..more hospitals have been built under the name of Christ, more schools have been built, homes have been built..slavery has been deemed illegal because of Christ and the Bible..let me stop..🤦🏽‍♂️

    • @nerdymcg2
      @nerdymcg2 10 месяцев назад

Science is just a method used to apply data to the real world... Take antibiotics for example, the scientific process is what was used to develop penicillin into a useful antibiotic. This discovery was not patented.
If you don't use science to develop drugs to determine what effect they have, then you're just guessing.
Science and technogy can help explain mechanisms to a degree of clarity. But the more that is discovered and the greater technology is, and quality of datasets your confidence will be limited. It's like a telescope. Better telescope, see more stuff.
With Gods and demons you can only guess and trust what your favourite war lord tells you.

Q2: what method do you use to find absolute truth

Q3: if God exist, would he know what best for you (the moral standar, best source of guidance, etc)?

Q1. Is Muhammad real person? What is his claim?

I was not convinced by your logic Hamza. I see multiple flaws and false claims in your argumentation.
4:36 You claim that 2 different explanations to the same phenomenon can not be true at the same time. You then give an example of your logic, however you can not prove a statement by providing anecdotal evidence. What you can do is disprove it by finding only one counterexample and I saved you the time of searching for one. When analyzing the behavior of light, we observe that it can act as both a wave or a particle. There are then two ways to explain the behavior of light, invalidating your claim for absolute truth.
As a bonus example, at 7:36, you claim that if god does exist he can’t not exist. However, it might be the case that God exists as a mental construct that you experience truthfully every day but Luke doesn’t. Then god would exist and not exist at the same time.
15:00 You limit the explanations to 4 but you fail to look at the whole picture. I could present two additional explanations and I’m sure I haven’t thought about all of the others.
1)He was visited by aliens. I’ll admit this sounds ridiculous, but from some point of view, it could make more sense than angels.
2)(This one is more likely in my opinion), He was tripping ballz. Many people relate having divine encounters while on psychedelic and since different strains of psychedelic mushrooms can be found all over the world, it might have been the cause of his claim.
23:11 If an all powerful creator exists you can still know yourself better than he does because he might have created you by accident and doesn’t even know you exist. If he is all powerful and all knowing, he would know you better than you know yourself and what is best for you. That doesn’t mean he want’s what is best for you, therefore he is not necessarily the best source of guidance for you.
I do think Luke could have handled this better, but Hamza kept arguing in bad faith. If you truly care about proving the existence of a god, make sure your logic is not flawed, that you are arguing in good faith and that you do not put words in other people's mouths.

    • @Jesushas1God
      @Jesushas1God 9 месяцев назад +3

Hey there , I just came across your interesting comment 😊
The two issues you raised are simply suboptions to the basic "Lying" / "Deceived" assertions ( If someone consumes hallucinogens, for 23 years straight, to see things (Angels), and then tells people that he is a prophet to deceive them. Then that person should be considered a "Liar". Similarly , if Aliens came to you, pretend to be Angels sent from a divine being, and told you to worship the God of Abraham , be good to your neighbours and pray
(For weird reasons that are relevant to them) then you were " Deceived" )
The Alien point : ( I agree it sounds, feels, and tastes ridiculous 😂 but it gotta be addressed anyway ) .
First : I would argue that it is more reasonable and logical to acknowledge the possibility of a necessary, non-contingent, powerful, pre- and post-eternal being that has a will and created the universe from nothing ,than it is to believe that Aliens visited a man in the desert, pretended to be angels, and instructed him to worship the God of Abraham rather than idols, give charity, and warn people to prepare for judgment after death, as claimed by Moses, Jesus, Jacob, and others.
Also , accepting the possible validity of such claim necessites an explanation of the creation of the universe, right ? Could these Aliens create the sun , the moon and earth as well ? who created them ? Did we humans , or they (Aliens ) the creator of ourselves, or did another being created us ? And most importantly can something come from absolute nothingness ?!
With all due respect . It is absurd to stick to "anything" that possesses divine power and then deny that it is God. It's nonsense.
The hallucinogens : First , for you to accept this claim , you should also believe that : 1) Prophet Mohamed peace be upon him: has to own a huge stock of hallucinogens hidden somewhere that last for at least 23 years / 2) he should consume it secretly / 3) He must survive and endure both the hallucinogen's deadly side effects and its leathal aftereffects. 4) administer it to his companions for 2 decades without them knowing (check this Hadith were the companions LITERALLY saw Angel Gabriel/Jibril: [Sunan an Nasa'i 4990] ) / 5) Possess a super brain and body capable of creating anything akin to the Quran , resists the hallucinogens' physical effects , while yet being able to withstand hallucinations at the same time. 6) Have a type of hallucinogens that makes you know a great deal of information that you don't know including future prophecies with 100% accuracy (Mohamed PBUH was illiterrate , he could not read or write) .. /7) Mohamed PBUH also must have had the ability to alter the environment and terrain because Mecca was a desert with nothing but sand, dust, and stones. Nothing else. Not even traces of plants . Until this day, After 1400 years, there aren't even any signs of vegetation anywhere close to the cave of Hirra, inside it ,or anywhere else where the first interaction with the Angel occurred/ 8) not to mention that the previous prophets (Noah, Moses, Jacob, Abraham...) MUST have gone throught the same process because Mohamed PBUH asserts that they were sent by God as well (not only them, but all their disciples too)
I'll put it this way for you, brother/Sister. Assume you were born somewhere after the time of Moses (PBUH), which is the period of history that all Abrahamic religions acknowledge. Say your grandmother told you that she and her mother had escaped Pharaoh's army when she was a kid, and that Moses had parted the sea, so they could pass through safely. Given that you weren't present for the event, you'll undoubtedly find it difficult to swallow, ask her a lot of questions, and maintain your skepticism. That's precisely what's taking place at this moment.
This was actually mentioned in the Quran, 10th Chapter (Jonah) verse 36 : "Most of them follow nothing but inherited assumptions. And surely assumptions can in no way replace the truth. Allah is indeed all-knowing of what they do."
By the way I think very similar points have previously been addressed by Hamza (Type in "Mental Health Expert Examines the Claim. Dr AbuEesa & Hamza" ) , it's a 4-hour live where the physical effects of revelation are described point by point. Who , what, when, and how...
I certainly cannot disagree with the way you feel towards Hamza way of debating.
If you think his arguments are just "maneuvers", and "tactics", if you don't wanna take an eternal, HUGE and unnecessary risk in the afterlife on the day of judgement ( no matter its probabilistic percentage is ) and you care about your salvation, I strongly advise you to seek truth, my friend. Read "The Clear Quran" (Mustafa Khattab, a oretty accurate translation of the Quran). Also I highly recommend you to try joining the "Open forum" with EfDawah's team, and represent your points.

What is infuriating in this discussion is that Hamza does a rapid drilling of preordained questions, makes logical fallacies, and most grievously assumes answers to an extent that is bewildering. Over and over again, he uses straw man arguments to misinterpret Luke´s answers. And when Hamza loses his footing, at the end of the video, he starts insulting and blithering his counterpart. "...and you're too arrogant now to admit this... " (24:26) and again "...Surrender your flipping arrogance..." (24:31) When, in the exact same instant, Hamza claims to know the intention of God, Hamza seems to become the antithesis of the image that he says he wants to project "... you've only got three choices left yeah, yeah, open mind, though Luke uses this" ( 21:41) Says Hamza while tapping his own forehead in a condescending way. It becomes almost comical when you consider that Luke is the only one of the two who is ready to concede when he feels that he lacks the right response or feel unsure about something. Where is the open mind when you assume that there can only be three choices? If he just gave Luke the moment to ask his own questions back and let him answer in his own way, we might have gotten a much more interesting discussion. This is not how you have a decent discussion or debate.
For example: "Does the thing or things (in the divine sense) who creates us have the best intentions for us?" That's a good and truly interesting question that can have lots of answers, and it's a question that man has struggled with throughout history. How do we know that our creator/creators made us just for amusement? How do we know that the thing or things even care at all for us or have the best intention in mind? If you want to make this kind of hypothetical question, the point shouldn't be to seek an answer, because there is no way of proving either way. It would be better to make an existential and open discussion where you don't need or feel forced to take a side.
My gut feeling is that this video speaks to those who see the discussion as a sporting event and to self-aggrandize in what you've already "know" to be true, and not to challenge one's own beliefs.

This is horrible. There are lots of other options: a capricious god, a god so complicated that we are unto him no more than dust mites are to us, a god who sees us as playthings, no god at all... Who could possibly know in an absolute truth sense who or if god is...
As for Mohammed, yes he could have been crazy, he could have been lying, he could have been delusional based on a lack of sleep and liked the outcome of his delusions so he decided to ride them until he too believed they were true, he could have been telling all the truth, he could have been one of Giorgio Tsoukalos' aliens, he could have been an apocalypst who misread the signs or his imagination... Where was the undeniableness of the authenticity of his message?
Hamza, suspend disbelief, just for a moment just for a moment... Accept that God was begat of another... I'm not asking you to believe in God having a daddy, not yet... 😉 But if he did, and his daddy was exactly how someone else believes him to be, wouldn't that mean that God is not as special as you think he is? Stupid way of conducting an argument.
This guy is smart and he's obviously zealous. I'm sure he's made a fortune selling cars or Amway or something, because his whole schtick is super aggressive salesman guy.

It's funny that atheists say Muhammad salallahu alayhi wassalam was pursuing power when he was tortured and insulted and humiliated over Islam. No one would undergo through these things and the rejection of friends and family over a power they yet don't have and have no idea if they will unless it's true.

Assalamualaikum brother, I don't think this da'wah was helpful to the ummah to be frank. This was just 30 mins of talking over Luke's perspective and guiding him down tenuous argumentation while calling what he says stupid (see 13:24), and then not actually grappling with Luke's fundamental questions about the religion. You could have had a better conversation with him on the scientific method route had you not been condescending, and you could have heard Luke better when he tried engaging with your homework, but rather you coddled him and said you'd make it easy for him like he's a child. Had you treated him like a human with a brain and not been so condescending, I'm sure he might be more open to have a real honest conversation. I'm sure you didn't mean to do that, but I'm telling you as a third party, it certainly came off that way. May Allah(swt) guide him, may you reconsider this form of proselytising.

Always the same. Atheist gives a valid an argument. Hamza plays a uno card with a pseudointelectual argument using a word salad. There's no rebuttal, leaving everyone (including us) confused.
What was the argument in the first place with all these questions he's asking back to the atheist? Is this video proof that he's won the argument? I guess we'll never know. His fans will thumbs up, and in his own world, as evidenced by his smug smile at times, that's an "atheist owned".
