Although this is a very respectful and civilised conversation, I can't understand his argument about the indigenous English people. You can marry someone much older, much younger, similar age, as long as they meet the physical and mental criteria and willing to accept the marriage and you are able to provide for them. I do not like the way that a lot of Muslims will deny the persecution under Islamic leaders that christian North African and Middle Eastern countries went through and dealt with for generations. I am someone who comes from a fully Coptic Orthodox christian family, and Im like this close to taking my shehada. But one of the biggest issues that I have with a lot of what is taught to Muslims is that they never oppressed us, never genocided us for not converting, and even everyday social persecution. Any of that oppression and colonial abuse is never mentioned to muslims. That is proven historically over and over again and muslim scholars are even calling it out in their lecture on RUclips. Although this is a very respectful and civilised conversation, I can't understand his argument about the indigenous English people. Their way of life will lead to their extinction, regardless of whether other cultures coexist with them or not. So even if there were no one except them in the UK, what difference would that make? On the other hand, the presence of Islam might be their hope for survival and could guide them back to the normal and righteous path. I do not like the way that a lot of Muslims will deny the persecution under Islamic leaders that christian North African and Middle Eastern countries went through and dealt with for generations.
