Appreciate this video. I have a B2600 with the Fuel system disconnected, its running on LPG (Propane) but i want to repair the EFI system. This video is really helpful to me. Greetings from Mexico.
I have this same exact problem with that hose leaking right now. I've been debating whether to drop the tank or loosen the bed and go in from the top. This doesn't look like a terribly bad job. Thanks for the video. It's definitely helped me get more motivated. Lol
Cmott 33 I tried lifting the bed, way too many things attached. For me, lowering the tank was easier. The screws where too short to losen up and leave in place as well. Thanks for watching!
@@ninjaofalltrades4293 I managed to get the line replaced without dropping the tank or removing the bed. I just jacked it up and removed the rear tire. I will be dropping the tank soon though. I'm gonna go ahead and replace all the old lines and the sending unit because my gas gauge isn't working, but for now it's not leaking and I can drive it. I'll do the other stuff when my funds allow. Lol Thanks again for the vid!
Your videos have been a great help for me fixing my B2600. Plus seeing it done gives me the confidence to do this kind of stuff myself. I am planning on changing my lines real soon, I swapped the pump out but still having problems. I think I am going to take the tray off though because I have a long-range tank in there that I feel will be too much messing around. I hope your Mazda is still kicking on! they are a great truck.
Glad the videos help! This guy's earlier videos are one a B2600 so might even be better to watch since it's your same model. He explains stuff really well. ruclips.net/user/chrisfixfeatured
www.jimellismazdaparts.com/images/parts/mazda/fullsize/PQUA024200AA01.jpg Says part 42720, if it’s that. Otherwise hopefully the diagram can help ID it.
No it’s like on the frame it’s got a hose that goes in to on the frame. It almost looks like a fuel filter but it’s not…..someone says it’s like a vacuum fuel cut off valve…I don’t know
Hello ninja of trades, I'm going to put on a new tank today and remove the old rusty one, it keeps putting rust in my gas filter. So I'm wanting to know, what are the hose sizes for the tank, I want to have them so I don't have to do trips back to the store.
Sorry I missed this comment.I think it was 1/4th inch on the inside portion of the hose, but I took the new filter with me to measure. One hose was one size up from that though. I suck at math :P
@@ninjaofalltrades4293 I was able to get the new tank in. Also you sound like you might be from my island, so where are you and your parents from. If you don't want to post it here, you can email me Moseiandrews@gmail.com
Ah man... was so long ago I can't remember. I do remember taking the hose in so they would match it, because I couldn't for the life of me figure it out lol.
Ninja of All Trades can you do videos on how to tighten the belts on these trucks i have a 1990 mazda b2600i as well would help me alot i have a idea how but i want to make sure by watching a video
Plox Plox Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. I actually don’t know how to do that either, and have since sold the truck as I have inherited a 2007 Ford F-150 now. Good luck! Make a video and share it with me if you figure it out!

Found that it’s called a fuel tank roll over check valve.

What size fuel lines did you have to buy?

Thanks for the suggestion! Unfortunately, I too am not sure!
Does yours have 2 fuel filter
Just the one, unless you mean the mesh filter in the tank pump itself.
Breeze bands because zipties aren't for fuel lines
Good to know, thanks for the comment!
Is this an auto ??
yes
Yes, carbureted too, not fuel injected.
Buen video. Suban más de mazda b2200 si se puede en español
