All I've been seeing all over social media in recent months are Gabor Maté clips. His latest bestselling book, The Myth of Normal, is breaking records all over the globe, and I can see why. I devoured it in several long reading sessions.
Gabor's content is the only person I never scroll over when I see it. I stop. Turn up the volume. And give him my full attention.
A renowned speaker, and bestselling author, Dr. Gabor Maté is highly sought after for his expertise on various topics, including addiction, stress, and childhood development.
In this interview, we discuss the following:
    - Why we choose pleasing people over being real.
    - The cause of ADHD.
    - ADHD in adults, but ADHD in women in particular.
    - How being "too nice" can make you sick.
    - Why you should choose feeling guilty over feeling resentful - every time!
    - How anger is healthy.
    - How to stop people pleasing.
    - Why you should choose guilt over resentment.
    - Setting boundaries.
    - The question to ask yourself, even if you had a "good, happy childhood."
This is NOT an interview to miss!
    With love, 💕

Thank you! Absolutely Love this. I just have to ask
    1. How do you balance work responsibilities with being authentic and discovering the power of no?
2: Also, how do you tell the difference between healthy guilt and corrosive? If guilt can be a healthy result of a bad choice and an equally dated response of an authentic one, how do you know?

No - with a balanced approach definitely but No because i don't feel like it. No because it makes me feel like i'm in control. No because I expect everyone to pitch in (definitely).
