He has a little more than we give him credit for. He was able to sell the more emotional moments of the Kung Fu Panda movies, and he played R.L. Stine in the Goosebumps movies, who's a much more serious reserved snarky-funny kind of character compared to his usual bombastic funny roles
The dumb "haha funny sheep ugly" and "haha llama do funny face" is unbearable, but having this full scene gives me slightly more hope. It might have cringe moments but I don't think I'll leave the theater in disgust lol.

But when they said they chose live action so that it would stand out as it’s own thing I think they may have made the right decision..

I’m really glad they included some movie info in the live. A lot of people’s opinions are changing and I’m glad you can see how much work and how much heart was put in this movie I mean come on Minecraft has been out for 15 years. This is the first movie they won’t disappoint you and plus if it’s bad, didn’t not the worst thing ever Minecraft can be goofy to so it might just be like a dumb fun movie, but either way we will have fun.
