- (ACTIVATE ENGLISH SUBTITLES) On the 14th of June 2019, 12 days pass due date, I gave birth to our son Nikola. His birth was the toughest and most painful thing I've ever experienced, but also the most wonderful feeling in the world. After all we went through, we finally got to become parents after all!

How have women done this for thousands of years? I have never seen a video of someone giving birth. This has brought me so much respect for every woman that ever gave birth. Wow.

As a L&D nurse yep...this is what all women go through...it is pain beyond comprehension...women literally forget who their loved ones are and lash out not meaning too but completely overtaken by the pain. Becoming a L&D nurse has made me TERRIFIED of having children 😂😂😂
Same ! I've seen a few birthing videos lately and only now I understand what a pain that is 😥. How strong are mothers its unbelievable.
@@crittaable I have the most terrible and strong menstrual pains and while it lasts for an hour I cry and scream and moan and Iam shaking and sweating. It those moments I hate somebody being present but in the same time I need someone to help me. And I scream at them from the pain(usually my sister or boyfrined or mom). So I do understand how its gonna be when I will be delivering and much worse and I am scared to have children 😟

I’m due may 2020. The father of my child commit suicide 2 weeks after we found out I was pregnant. I know it will be very emotional bringing my child into this world without him but I know I can do it 😔😩 UPDATE ‼️ I gave birth to him May 24th and my heart has been so full and complete. He looks EXACTLY like me and I would go through all the trials and heartbreak again just to have him. I labored with my mother in the room and she was beyond amazing and the nurses were so sweet to me. Thank you so much for your prayers and love ❤️ He is my pride and joy.

I began a search online to find a better understanding of childbirth knowing that each individual experience is different. I happened upon yours and tuned in sub titles realizing a few minutes in i wouldn't need them as there was so much emotion involved in describing your experience. I was hooked. I held back the tears until you began to give birth. From that point on I was mesmerized by the beauty of the connection to the pain and expectations and the anticipation and the support you have through this process. Lets not forget the strength it takes as a women to push through and take in with every fiber of your being during this beautiful moment in life. I have a new found respect for childbirth, pregnant women, women in general. That we were given the privilege to be capable of something so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this magical moment and helping me understand.
I’m getting induced May 19, 2020. I have been fearful watching birthing videos and I was traumatized watching 2 videos before yours. I haven’t gone on a while to watch birthing videos until today and found yours. It gave me such a calming but more of an enlightening affect. This is my third time pregnant, but my first successful pregnancy. As a first time mommy I’ve been feeling excited yet so nervous at the same time! I’ve been doing a lot of research, have asked other women about their experiences, & decided to watch videos to mentally prepare myself. From the looks of it; even though the birthing process isn’t easy it is definitely worth it & so so beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your experience! This literally made me cry so much! This is so beautiful it took away all my fears!😭💕I cant wait to meet our little girl due May 22nd💖

Fantastiskt! Jag uppskattar verkligen att se detta. Det är en otrolig och underbar upplevelse att få va med om. Jag hade verkligen viljat uppleva det själv. Har alltid viljat vet hur det känns att ha ett växande barn i sig. Vackert och mirakulöst! Overkligt men samtidigt the vanligaste i världen. All människor på jorden existerar just för att miljarder mammor fött oss allihop.
Har en kronisk sjukdom, så jag har varit i den världen och upplevt allting som du är med om i videon.
Jag har gjort och varit med om allting i sjukhuset. Blivit sönder sliten och ihopsatt om och om igen i 36 år. Kan tänka mig hur shockerande det måste va för alla unga nya mammor att uppleva något sådant så plötsligt i livet. Det är en (Återigen) otrolig, ofattbar upplevelse. Sjukvården i Sverige är jätte go. Dom är så fina och hjälpsamma.
Har varit med om extremt hemska grejer pga min medfödda sjukdom. Men sjukvården har alltid räddat och fixat mig oavsätt vad jag än varit utsatt för. Dom är nästan alltid underbart fina.
Så jag kan förstå allting du va med om under förlossningen. Epiduralbedövning, är fantastiskt. Men jag har alltid tyckt det är läskigt med nerv bedövningar för att man tappar all känsel i nerverna där dom blockerar nervernas signaler. Fått det ett par gånger och jag blev skit rätt när jag inte kunde känna mina ben och en gång va det min höger arm. Va efter väldigt intensiva operationer och mjukvävnads tester. Men jag kan hålla med om hur skönt det är att inte ha så ont som man annars har. Alltid skönt att inte ha ont, att känna smärta.
Smärta reducerar ens mentala tillstånd mer och mer desto längre man upplever den. Man blir väldigt svag och sliten. Man ska inte ha det så. Epiduralbedövning är något man absolut inte borde skämmas över att ha. Det är ett lyxigt verktyg som är för det bästa för alla mammor nu. Ta allting som erbjuds imå ;)
Att lyssna på hur du beskriver hur det va emot slutet är något jag har full respekt och erfarenhet om. Man är inte kaxig när man har så ont så hjärnan bara inte klarar av att registrera någonting. Allting blir grumligt och overkligt. Men det släpper alltid fort när vad det än är som orsakar det har lösts.
Men iom att mitt DNA bär på den sjukdomen jag har så vågar jag inte bli pappa. Hade inte klarat att ge liv till ett litet barn som kanske blir lika sjuk och måste leva och gå igenom allting hemskt som jag behövde gå igenom. Har en auto-immun sjukdom som gör att mitt eget immunförsvar attackerar alla mina celler i kroppen som om dom vore bakterier eller virus. Mitt eget immunförsvar kan inte urskilja min egen kropp från ett virus. Så de vita blodkropparna i mitt blod förstörde all mjukvävnad i mina leder, mina nerver och i ett par unika fall mina organ. Som att ha syra inuti kroppen.
Det hade varit hemskt om mina barn hade fått det också iom att det är ärftligt. Så jag får inte uppleva det miraklet själv. Men jag hade så vansinnigt gärna viljat ha en liten dotter eller son, en egen familj. Det måste va ofattbart magiskt. Att skapa ett nytt litet liv som är en avbild av dig och den du älskar mest. Hur är det äns verkligt!? Det känns som ren magi!
Men jag uppskattar den här videon väldigt mycket. Det va underbart fint att få va med om hur det är att föda barn. Det är underbart vackert. Att få se det är speciallt.

När du bara låg och grät och upprepade "Hjälp mig" om och om igen. Känner igen det, har ingen annat än respect för vad du gick igenom då. Fick en hel del flashbacks från min barndom, många minnen från intensiv vården och hur jag hämtades med ambulans vid flera tillfällen.
Det är hemskt när det känns som man slits sönder fullständigt och knappt klarar av att prata. Men det finns inget som kan stoppa det. Man måste bara ta sig igenom allt det traumatiska, hemska. Ingen kan göra något åt det. Minns min mammas tårfyllda ögon vid min sida vid sängen på barn IVA.
Hur jag antingen va helt sövd av extremt starka smärt mediciner eller bara skrek av smärtorna jag kände i hela kroppen. Jag har varit exakt där du va, i exakt samma läge. Det känns hoplöst och horribelt.
Men du tog dig igenom det otroligt bra ändå. Ingen kan klandra den extrema ansträngningen ni nya mammor går igenom då barn föds.
Tänk hur det va för bara 100 år sedan också. När inget sånt som sjukhus och epiduralbedövning existerade. Måste ha varit en strid för vett och liv! Beundransvärt.
Hade viljat uppleva det själv faktiskt. erkar va en erfarenhet man aldrig skulle glömma.
Jag rantar, lika bra att sluta skriva här.

Why am I crying like I've lost someone? I really felt it. I felt utter sadness for you when you were screaming and pleading for someone to help you. My tears were streaming down my face, and I was sobbing uncontrollable, as well as feeling the biggest joy and happiness knowing that pain would result in something beautiful. I was crying because Aleks was so perfectly supportive, such a wonderful man. Was crying when the mid-wives tried to joke. Was crying when you could muster up enough energy to be funny. Was crying because you are so humble to share this with us.. but mostly crying because of how proud I feel that you were so so strong, that you could manage, that your body knew what to do even when you didn't, that YOU did it! You DID IT!
