It’s like that in every State amongst big cities within the state. It really stems from the prison system politics. Outside of street politics it stems from things such as sports rivalries, who’s food is better etc…

Yall must think rivalry is something more serious. There has always been one. Capital City/ Largest City... Rivaling music scenes... the bigger labels have come out of the NO but BR has had more recent success with artist. It's a friendly rivalry like in sports. Not some gangland type of bs.
@coachmo2.0 the 2 cities have ALWAYS collaborated. CLoc, Master P and Mannie, juvie and Boosie, Boosie and BG, UNLV and Boosie, Yung Bleed and Master P. Plus the more recent Master P TEC and Maine, Birdman and YB, Fredo and Rob. It was NEVER competition even within the music scenes.
