I love Bruce so much, you can tell how much cancer affected him at this time but he didn't want anyone to know as he didn't want Maiden fans to worry. Bruce is a sweetheart. Stay healthy Bruce! xo
A true renaissance man in every sense of the word...i love this man and i’m so sorry he and his kids are going through probably the worst time in their lives 💔😞 Praying for you Bruce
Still leading the most influential metal band, flying planes, and running a huge corporation as the chief executive, and many other stuff we can't name here. Who wouldn't look tired nailing all these at 58?
He's just not in "frontman" mode: listen to all the detail about aviation, this is a Captain you would be confident to fly with. His enthusiasm just comes out in a different way. He's not really promoting anything specific, though I'd love to get my greasy paws on some of that Trooper Beer...
I hope he is ok, he looks terribly tired and thin in this clip and this was almost six months ago without no word or sign since. Up the Irons for Bruce!
the 'iron maiden' branded simulator has an 'easter egg'. when you get 100% in your flight exam, you get to fly a Spitfire to 'Aces High' hahaha. Bruce is such an amazing bloke, he could've been quite happy being known as the singer in Maiden but at the same time, has managed to do so much beyond that. Aled is a really good interviewer as well, keeps it light but gets the info without resorting to condescending 'so you're a heavy metal singer....' type questions
What a resilient, accomplished and decent chap. In retrospect, I've accomplished nothing in comparison. I am a physician, Father, husband and relatively O.K. dude. However, this man seems as though he could change the world given the chance. I wish either he, or Macron were my President. Cheers to you Mr. Dickerson. May the God I pray to keep you healthy.
I grew up with iron maiden from15 years up,I'm 50 soon and I still get that shrill up my spine when I tap into maiden,,di an no was goodin his own right, right,
I saw the date above 2016 10 20, and thought he died. Okay, so he's still alive I am guessing. The man has accomplished more in 1 life than 2-3 men have in theirs. He is multi-talented, as are all of the members of Maiden, they have been my favorite band since 1982 when I was 12 years old, they all have their unique parts that they've brought to Maiden to make it the BEST BAND ON EARTH. But, I must say Bruce has rescued people (refugees, I think) in other countries in his airplane, sorry I don't know the details, he is a liscensced Pilot, he cut his hair to be a Pilot, he is a father of at least 2 kids, maybe more, he works as a DJ on a british talk show on the radio, he's in Iron Maiden, a husband, and I know there's something else, OH, yeah, he's an author of some risque books. "The Adventures of Lord Iffy Boatrace". I've seen then for sale on Amazon, but, they are about $50.00, maybe a bit less. Maybe you can find them cheaper. Anyway, the man's a jewel of talent. It's because of IRON MAIDEN being my fav band, and I liked PETE WILLIS From Def Leppard, I took a trip to the UK in 2001 in March. Long live Bruce and Maiden
Okay Vaggelis, I loved them since I got "Maiden Japan" when I was about 12. I had to hide that big ole album under my leather jacket, my parents were worried my sis and I would be influenced by the "devils music" so popular in the 80's. I had to wear a shirt over my Killers t-shirt to catch the bus and then to come home. I think that devils music helped a bunch of kids to grow up and get their aggression out in a healthy way. Well, for me it did. I can't speak for everyone, and should'nt try to I guess. Anyway, my best friend hated Maiden, we both loved WASP, the CRUE music wise, I'll admit I like the hair bands a little bit, but, Maiden was special. Nobody else had to like them. Here I'm gettin all sappy....Maiden fans are fans for life, no flim flam bullshit. Up the Irons! I hope they can put out more music, even if they can't tour anymore. I've only seen them once in concert and it was the best concert ever. Pittsburgh, 2003, Starlake theater. I can't remember who they were with. I went with my brother. He's still got the t-shirt from the tour, but, nothing says who they were with on the shirt, and we saw a couple other concerts there, so I don't want to mix the bands up. WE saw Dio, Motorhead and Deep Purple there, but, I can't say that any were with Maiden. I saw Ozzy there, but, not with Maiden, THAT I WOULD REMEMBER, for many reasons. Later guys.
i agree with the other posts here. Bruce looks very run down in this video, and very drawn....Then again, we're all getting older, but he's fought cancer and must do more in 12 weeks than most of us do in a lifetime. Fact.
Yes! Dude it takes years to fully recover from any serious illness like cancer, and he had chemo and radiation that also both have a major negative impact. He could have spent a few years recovering in spas and traveling the world in relaxing surroundings, but the man's a worker. It's amazing Bruce tours with that Seventies band with the zombie mascot, whatever they're called...
It takes 5 successful guys to achieve what he has managed in one lifetime. One of the most exceptional people in the world.
Definitely.. Not only is he a very talented, clever individual but his sense of humor is second to none!! 👍🏻😎
I love Bruce so much, you can tell how much cancer affected him at this time but he didn't want anyone to know as he didn't want Maiden fans to worry. Bruce is a sweetheart. Stay healthy Bruce! xo
His very machist
A true renaissance man in every sense of the word...i love this man and i’m so sorry he and his kids are going through probably the worst time in their lives 💔😞
Praying for you Bruce
Nice interview, genuine guy, and bloody smart too!
Well done to your lifetime achievements Bruce. You're a real motivator
Still leading the most influential metal band, flying planes, and running a huge corporation as the chief executive, and many other stuff we can't name here. Who wouldn't look tired nailing all these at 58?
Looking back you can see how drained Bruce is from the illness. Thank god he beat it and is still with us today!
Watching this back now, you can see how tired Bruce's illness was making him, especially given his insane schedule. He's a real inspiration to us all!
I'm honoured to have been in the same boarding house as this legend. Never mind the same school.
I just saw them on Wednesday...man his voice was great
omg hes getting old
NOOOOOOOO!
quickly lets assemble a campain
"Donate 1 or more years of your young life to bruce live forever"
+Llio Scott Borntobewild that is cancer...... poor Bruce
hes almost 60 give him a break. He looks much better than most people his age
Yellow lighting is not ideal, he still looks great and youthful I would say!
He needs to put on a few pounds, hit the gym & sleep more. Hell be good to go. I pray the cancer never returns.
Getting old is a good thing. The alternative, not so much.
I love this guy
Such a lovely guy! I would like to give him a big hug! No homo! :D :P
this is a true Renaissance man. he got old because true genius wears you out.
Probably one of the coolest motherfuckers to ever walk the face of the earth
they don't make many as good as Bruce!
watch him run and jump and sing on stage then tell me he is old and tired
People write that he looks tired HERE.
He looks tired.
that's because he is tired, to much work catches up

I hope he is ok, he looks terribly tired and thin in this clip and this was almost six months ago without no word or sign since. Up the Irons for Bruce!
Interviewer keeps trying to wrap it up. Bruce keeps talking. Haha!! 😉
Un hombre excepcional…he is a legend 😊

Would love to meet Bruce.
He looks tired. i think he works too much... 72 show in 6 months after chemo and get back to work the day after the last show.
He is aging for sure as we all are. It's great that he didn't wreck his brain with drugs and drink and has other productive interests outside metal.
old or young the man is a winner in every sense of the word
acilio simoes well said
Thanks God, he's been enjoying life after heavy battle with cancer
Don't worry, he's back on form in 2017: ruclips.net/video/t9C9rbfzeLM/видео.html

He is Ok, I`m sure :)
He talks in a weird way because he still has to recover from The Cancer he suffered from a while ago
Driving planes and singing worldwide at the age of 58, I might feel and look tired also. Wouldn't you?

Bruce Dickinson is very pretty💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
we're not worthy....!
his voice sounds so tired...
he used to sound very high even in 2014 but his voice is low now.....will have tons of probs singing high notes
He did sound like that since late 2015, doesn't look like he's having too much trouble.
The cancer didn't help
He had tongue cancer recently
i agree with the other posts here. Bruce looks very run down in this video, and very drawn....Then again, we're all getting older, but he's fought cancer and must do more in 12 weeks than most of us do in a lifetime. Fact.
Looks like he was just getting over cancer
Exactly my thoughts. He looked very thin
sense when does he have a lisp ?
A cancerous tumour on the tongue will do that to you :(
he looks like Polański
looks like 68 in this video
nope, just 58
Bruce is not well.I can see it in his eyes and smell it through the screen.Or it s just age.
Haha, whatever they re called, stupid mascot.....lol.But you re right I guess radiation and chemo, both took their toll on Bruce...
Yeah and of course if the sleep schedule is screwed up, the eyes can get that droopy / slow-blinky look. That happens.
Wow he looks old here
To Orlando fuck sports...
He doesn't look well
yeah he looks terrible, way to much work/stress
you do know he had just finished his chemo treatment shortly before this
He s great but he s afraid of the dentist
Bruce put some weight on me old mucka. Looking a little thin. Hope he's not secretly battling cancer again.
Damn he looks old
60 years old Is look great
